Gerald is an exceptional server. He’s always pleasant with a sunny disposition. He makes my day every time I visit.
While the product is gold the complete experience did not achieve my 5 star rating. In all honesty I had a bad experience on one day of my 200 at Starbucks. 😇 and like most of my fellow Brew-Crew , Starbucks start my day and the experience shapes my entire day. I have since spoken to the Manager and he was open, responsive and truly apologetic. Next time before I go to review I will make the extra effort to speak to him direct. I here almost 5 days out of the week so Gerald knows my order kind of makes you feel like “ Cheers TV Show”.
I had a very bad experience! I saw mold on the bread and egg bites sitting in the shelf. They started preparing my mobile order after I arrived to the store and on top of that they told me that they don't have a couple of items that I ordered. Their store menu on the Starbucks app should have showed those items as sold out. They also didn't follow the instructions mentioned in my mobile order. Horrible experience!

I had a taste for Chai but I didn't want hot tea. So I asked if they make me chai frappé, and wow my mind was blown. Starbucks delivered per usual, and it was so tasty. Who would've thought☺️
This Starbucks on Dunn Ave is hands down one of the best in Jacksonville! The store is always clean, the drinks are made perfectly, and the team goes above and beyond to make every visit a great one. You can tell there’s amazing leadership here — the manager Kristin truly cares about her staff and customers. Every time I stop by, the atmosphere is welcoming, friendly, and efficient, even when it’s busy. My order is always right (and delicious), and the baristas greet you with genuine smiles. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. Huge shoutout to the Kristin (and her team) for creating such a positive environment and leading a team that really represents the Starbucks standard. You can feel the difference the moment you walk in — warm, organized, and consistent every single visit. Whether you’re grabbing your morning coffee or hanging out to get some work done, this location is top-notch. Definitely a five-star Starbucks in every way! ☕💚

Haven’t been to this location since my last terrible experience. It’s been a year, decided to give the location a try again to see if anything has changed and NOPE. Drinks are trash and made wrong still. Staff NEVER seem to secure lids like it’s a joke. Just close and train the staff or replace them. Just horrible store
