Look, I don't know what y'all got going on. But this Starbucks has gone downhill since y'all shutdown for that "Retraining day" and reopened. I've had to complain way too many times about my drink. You get the food right cause it all comes frozen and you just throw it in a toaster for a few mins. 👏IT'S👏NOT👏THAT👏HARD👏TO👏MAKE👏A👏ICED👏CARAMEL👏MACCHIATTO👏 It's literally Milk, ice, caramel, shots of espresso. This mornings just threw me for a loop. Plus seeing I paid more money for an extra shot of espresso, and it's watery as all get out. I know! Because I've tried making it at the house and it came out tasting just like this. Come to find out it was my grinder. Y'all need to clean your machines, because this coffee is extremely weak. I get told on black friday that it's a 30 min wait for coffee?? Y'all knew youd be busy 💁♀️ should have staffed ahead of time. Idk who the manager is of this location, but you aren't going to last, especially all the complaints to corporate. I'm hitting up Elianos from here on out, way better coffee and service. Their drinks are super strong and they are clean. Oh that day I went and Starbucks told me a 30 min wait, elianos had me done in 10 mins and they had a line.
Live coming to this Starbucks! Gerald is beyond nice every time he takes and prepares my orders. He is a pleasure to see on my trips to Starbucks. Great service! Only down side is my drink is a little melted when I get it.
I go through drive through 5 days a week and mostly every Saturday and Sunday morning, it's my time to stop and smell the roses moment.
Workers were so nice, there was a bit of a wait but there was ALOT of orders so a wait is expected. Overall very pleasant experience & my frappe was delicious
My co worker went into the drive thru and asked for 2 venti size Pikes only to see it was not fully filled. It was missing a whole 3 Oz of coffee. You pay premium for a cup that is not a full amount. That is not acceptable.
Bad experience with iced Guava white tea. I ordered this afternoon 3.20pm to be exact the tea smells bad, it tastes stale you cant even drink it... I love SB dont get me wrong I always do mobile orders here in the morning but this time it was BAD how could you give your customers a bad drink??? I just dont have time to go back because I gotta work and on 30 min break hoping you guys have more training to see and check you products before you guys serve them
Callie and Nate's service was beyond exceptional. I didnt know what is wanted, but somehow Nate knew abd made it. For no extra charge. And Callue was a gem for customer service.

This was my first time at this Starbucks! It’s a small location sitting off the Dunn Ave. When I decided to stop there was no one in the line. I placed my orders and drove to the window, she handed me my sandwich, and she began to had me my drink and she says “I’m so sorry I selected the wrong item for you so this is on us but here’s the drink you ordered” she was very nice, customer service A+
