By far the best Starbucks we have on the northside! They are fast, extremely friendly, kind, caring and so much more! This location is out of our way but it’s worth it for us due to the service and quality of drinks alone! Love the staff!
This Starbucks has the most phenomenal employees all the time. No matter how busy, no matter the order. Pleasant, and they always make the beverage I order perfect.
I paid $7.10 only to get a few sips out of my venti Frappuccino. The manager says I’d have to pay for another one. This picture is the ice that was left. This is the only location I’ve been to that has had this ice issue.
Watered down Frappuccinos. Mostly ice. Where's the coffee?? That's what you will be asking yourself as you're sipping your drink. Forewarned!! The barista was friendly and it didn't take long for her to fix my ICEE, covered in whipped cream and caramel. Does that sound vaguely tasty to you?? Nope!! Not a drop of milk not a smidge of coffee in my cup.It was supposed to be a Frappuccino. But it was minus the FRAPPE and the CAPPUCCINO. 🫤
2 days in a row that I’ve visited this Starbucks, just happening to be on this side of town. Was quick to go thru and the guy at the window was friendly and very respectful. Took the time to read your name on the app when paying to greet you by name and while handing out drinks. Kudos to him to add that extra kindness to your day!
I would like to leave a review for a wonderful worker at Starbucks. His name is Raijon (hope I spelled it right) and he was very polite and absolutely pleasant! The white chocolate mocha he made was so delicious. I just thought I leave a review to acknowledge the great service the young man gave!
It's more than a drink/snack noticable & world 🌎🌍 wide, it's a refuge for timeouts. Ambiences are room to meander until; use the drive thru if needed. ENJOY!!!
I walked into the store on 09/28 to ask about my birthday drink. The woman at the counter didn't even turn around to speak to me. She completed making or heating the sandwich she as working on. Spoke to her co worker to ask of someone was in the the back after 4 minutes of me just standing there then she turned and spoke to me. I asked about my birthday drink she said has to have app. Im signed up for it just not on myphone. app. Didn't try to help or anything. I come back today ask the lady at the counter SHOW HER THE EMAIL OF FREE DRINK!!! She tells me has to have the app and that the trick to use your points for it to work. Email didn't say any of that. I advised I'll call corporate just to get my bday drink. No help no trying to accomidate nothing, yall just dont car. It shows. This is irritating now im on hold with corporate over a free drink. This side of town though always have to have the lesser experience due to demographic.
Gerald is amazing!!! He’s so nice and has great customer service I don’t come here much like I use to but when I do it’s a pleasure to see him. No matter the day you’re having he makes it so much better! Keep it up Gerald!
Honestly a horrible store. Drinks aren’t made to standard and the staff is really smart with the mouth. As a manager from a different store, it’s honestly a shame. Asks to have my drink remade and it made me question how the baristas are being trained. I was planning on enjoying my stay but the energy was weird and decided to leave.
