I have ordered from this Starbucks 3 days in a row. Each time they got my drink completely wrong. The first time I drive all the way back to get a new one, and they were happy to make it right…. But who wants to do that every single day?!?! This Starbucks is not good- clearly they are not training their baristas.
Google along with posted signage at the establishment state they open at 4:30am however I have waited for nearly 5 minutes at the speaker to place and order and nobody has came on to take my order. There is no automated message saying the store is closed so I’m really confused as to when this location actually opens. Management or ownership needs to be more transparent and consistent with posted hours of operation or change them to hours that can actually be adhered to.
Always great service and friendly staff, I’ve never had an issue with anything. But I really want to highlight the incredible service and personality of RJ (I think his name is spelled Raijon). I hope that’s reflected in his pay, because that man kills it every time I come by. He handles multiple tasks at once with no problem, stays on top of everything, and keeps a great attitude with everyone, he treats everyone the same, no difference.
Super friendly staff.... But...Starbucks used to care about whether or not your coffee was right... Now it's all about pushing the appropriate buttons on the register. Caramel Macchiato... Ordered at least 100 times... Now for some reason.. When I say "as much caramel sauce as the law will allow"... That ISNT a clue to make it super sweet.. Super caramelly... apparently not. It's just the same boring bitter coffee with no sweetener... But damn if they don't charge me. So over the hype of Starbucks. Ellios here I come!
THE BEST SERVICE!!! I was wanting a lavender ice Matcha latte. and I got it of course but I went to another popular coffee place to get my matcha and the service was rude and unfriendly. So I told my man just leave since we didn’t pay and go to Starbucks. The young gentleman who took our order was sooo kind sooo positive and took our order with a big smile on his face. The drinks were amazing and you can tell the staff at this location love their job!! And you and see that through the quality of their drinks !!! AT LEAST THE TIP WE GAVE WEBT TO PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY DESERVE IT!! GOOD JOB TO THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION!!! This location will be my new stop when it comes to my matcha cravings !!
Should've known better because Gerald wasn't there. It's garbage when he's gone. This barely half full cup is what I got when I ordered a grande cappuccino, and it tastes awful too.
I can get my customized drink made at any other Starbucks but here! They tell me it has to be a strawberry açaí which is a lie. Like this lady really argued me down while ordering at the drive thru.. They are rude, close some days at 6pm like what.! I stay 5min away but I will drive all the way to rivercity Starbucks just to get what I pay for and BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE EXACT DRINK I WANT.!
The guy at the window today was an absolute delight! He was upbeat and radiated kindness. I wish I had gotten his name. Whoever the kind man was working at the drive through window around 1:20pm on 5-28-25. This experience should definetly be reflected in his pay! My mother and I have been raving about him for the past 10 minutes!
Usually Starbucks is on their game everywhere but this one stood out to me. I unfortunately didn’t get the gentleman’s name but the guy working on Saturday July 19th at around 8:10 in the morning had great customer service, it really started my morning off with good vibes, it was a quick transaction but it makes a difference, keep killing it over here we notice!!
This Starbucks is always packed, but the customer service is always good, as are the food and drinks.
