Best location (by far) in Kansas City!! The drinks are always made perfectly and the employees are nice and helpful. Claire, Adrian, Jovie, Marie (I believe is the manager) are all especially great! I'll drive out of my way for this location time and time again.
The staff was so kind, they let me borrow a phone charger so I could charge my phone and get home. Thank you guys <3

Slow and rude service: I don’t normally complain (my 1st noted complaint @ a Starbucks in 20 years), but I need to: I’ve visited this Starbucks several times (unfortunately a convenient location I cross by), and every time they are extremely slow in the drive in and worse on walk in, the staff ALWAYS tries their hesitation moves on returning your change to see if you will just give it to them and/or makes snide comments under a passive-aggressive pretense so they can act like they haven’t done it: childish and unprofessional staff for sure.
Very slow, waited 10 minutes past the time my mobile order was to be ready and it wasn't even busy. No one in drive thru, employees too busy on their personal phones.

I have tried being patient with the North Kansas City Location but I am done being patient. The drive thru line is absolutely unacceptable. I ordered my coffee at 4:46pm after waiting for the car ahead of me to move. Then I waited an additional 15 minutes in the line to get my coffee... not that you all are going to make any changes, but 2 people in the store is ridiculous. I guess I will just go to Dutch Bros in the future. I am a Starbucks member but why with this unacceptable service! You need to audit your management team!! They evidently are struggling running a business.
Keilah was great! Loved the cranberry cheesecake slice! Good job on the slightly less than half calf coffee!! Atmosphere was clean and inviting! Can't wait to come back!!
Simply.. WOW!!! Just a whole bunch of individuals working, but no one is working as a team. The organization is sad and upper management may need some additional leadership training. Prime location, but wait times and the lack of organization are unacceptable! 40 MINUTES I WAITED FOR COFFEE, only for it to be found sitting in the Drive-Thru pile and Caleb couldn’t even come out and make things right.
