I love Starbucks seasonal drinks. Every time I get them they are amazing and actually taste like the name of the drink. For some reason though, every single time I have ever come to this location to get any drink it tastes nothing like it’s supposed to. It’s always a disappointment.. if I’m spending $8 on a drink it should at least taste good. Never does. Every time I come here it’s a waste of money.

Very nice and caring customer service. Very nice and clean as well. They have been out of hazelnut syrup like couple other Starbucks stores for some reason, hopefully they will be able to get some more in soon and get the issue resolved because that’s the only flavor I get when I get my iced coffee 😢 other than not having the hazelnut syrup this place was great❤️
If you want to pay full price for terribly made drinks, this is your place! I have tried it numerous times trying so badly to give them the benefit of the doubt and each and every time it is god awful. The Starbucks on Shawnee Mission Parkway is INCREDIBLE if you don't mind the drive!! They never miss!!
Took awhile with no cars in front of me to get my coffee. But it was exceptional when I did get it.
They were service I’ve ever had at Starbucks and I’ve been going to them for a long time waited 40 minutes in drive through just to get an iced tea at 3:30 in the afternoon
