lady was rude and gave me the wrong order
We placed an order 11/13 around 7 pm a few minutes before pulling into drive thru. The lady (curly hair type) let us know we would have to wait because it usually takes 5-10 minutes for them to work on it. We were fine w that and asked if we could pull up she starts explaining herself again in such a condescending tone we roll up our window and pull up to the window because our baby was crying. When we get there she starts with her attitude being so rude and she does the hardest eye roll ever. Who are you to think you can talk to people however you want? From the moment we pulled up, she was rude and condescending for no reason. It’s not that serious. I see a previous review of the same issue w the same person from a few months ago. Your location really needs to do a better job at considering candidates to work there. Way too emotional and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this location to ANYONE!

Good close location, staff is nice and professional, coffee is good, but i mainly get blueberry muffins, but somehow they are always out, which makes me come less and less.
This Starbucks is by far the worst I ever been too! I go to Starbucks faithfully twice a day and it’s so unfortunate this is the one closest to me! The attitude of the workers is outrageous. How does one get upset that you have to remake a drink done wrong! All you had to do was read the sticker on the cup. It’s truly mind boggling. If you come to this location don’t pay for anything extra they DO NOT PUT EXTRA!
Barista spills the whole cup of coffee on me in the drive thru then proceeds to give me two gift cards with no balance on them. Worst Starbucks, better off skipping coffee if you have to go here
I have visited about 3 to 4 days this week and each time. My hot latte has been cold. So after this time. I won't go back. Maybe in the far future. I can give it another shot. But for now I'm extremely disappointed.
Always met with smiles
Slowest Starbucks I’ve been to. I waited 30 minutes in the drive through for my coffee and the line wasn’t even that long. Ridiculous
This location has been horrible since they open. Always running out of stuff. The lobby and the location has been closed multiple times. Staff isn't customer friendly nor do they know the drinks. Order something one day the next day they don't have that anymore it's been discontinue lol like what are talking about.
