Barista spills the whole cup of coffee on me in the drive thru then proceeds to give me two gift cards with no balance on them. Worst Starbucks, better off skipping coffee if you have to go here
This Starbucks is by far the worst I ever been too! I go to Starbucks faithfully twice a day and it’s so unfortunate this is the one closest to me! The attitude of the workers is outrageous. How does one get upset that you have to remake a drink done wrong! All you had to do was read the sticker on the cup. It’s truly mind boggling. If you come to this location don’t pay for anything extra they DO NOT PUT EXTRA!
Good close location, staff is nice and professional, coffee is good, but i mainly get blueberry muffins, but somehow they are always out, which makes me come less and less.
I can't go here any longer because for some inexplicable reason, they double cup their coffee? It's so terribly wasteful and bad for our planet, hard to understand a company that would do this.
This is my favorite Starbucks location in the whole world. My coffee always tastes AMAZING made perfectly how I want it. The employees are so friendly and funny and personable; such great people. Top notch service every time 😊

I mobile ordered. From the minute I arrived to the minute I left the barista had an attitude with me. I gave them time to make it and she had an attitude at the box. I get to the window and she's like it generally takes 12 minutes for mobile orders to be made. No it does not. Unless there is an extreme back up, which there was not. I get giving barista's time to work, I'm okay with waiting, as I told her at the box and window. The unnecessary attitude is ridiculous. Tell your baristas to drop the attitude. Will not be returning to this location again.
1st time visiting this location due to a doctor's appointment in the area. Had a sweet chat with a lovely 🥝 gentleman who took my order. One of the best interactions I've had and I'm so happy to have found this little gem. Super awesome staff, great Americano, & even better customer service! Will definitely be back! 😊
