Jared was awesome. I came in looking to buy something and Jared got me a few pairs to try on because of my slightly narrow feet, to try and get the right fit. He even measured my foot to make sure of my shoe size and recommend what size I should get because I was in between sizes. At the end I still wasn't able to get the perfect fit. Jared even offered me a drink before I left. Will definitely come back again. Great customer service and helpful, friendly staff
WOW! What an experience! Went in for a pair of boots for my daughter and had the most amazing experience! Even met a lovely couple in town from Virginia who helped me by trying on a boot to make sure I chose the right size! It was a lively and fun atmosphere and will definitely be back! My daughter loves her boots!
The boots are amazing quality. Got my husband a pair for our anniversary. A young guy at the counter helped me pick out a great pair. They have the smell of leather for sure, and i love the look of these boots!
Tecovas boots are some of the highest quality boots you can purchase today. The staff at the FW Stockyards location was incredibly courteous, always asking if we needed help with any size questions, design questions, or anything that you may need to know. The staff was attentive yet not annoying, and very friendly. Overall, great experience for both my wife and I to pick up a pair of new boots while in the area and the staff made it an experience to remember. This location is centrally located near the stockyards so if you are already in the area taking in the sights or grabbing an amazing bite to eat, this Tecovas location is worth the trip!
My third pair of boots from them, wonderful fit and comfortable. They are easy to break-in and feel as if they were made for you, afterward. The folks in the shop are as professional and friendly as possible, you felt as if you were talking to a friend. If you can't make one of their stores, do not hesitate to go online. They have incredible fast shipping and not a worry at all if there are issues. Their customer service is beyond compare. Try them, you'll love them too!
After looking at three other stores in the area I came across Tecovas and was impressed by how welcoming and knowledgeable the ladies in the store where, my friend and I must have tried on at least ten pairs whilst we drank bourbon and had a chat. The boots are exceptionally comfortable, affordable and the quality is second to none. They also offer a military discount.

Purchased a pair of boots from here, the service was good during the buying process. Enjoyed the fit of the boots. After taking the boots home we noticed a stitch was coming out leading to the leather on the side separating. We called into the store and they required contacting the office and going through a procedure just to exchange the boots that had a manufacturer defect. If you are looking for full service I would suggest a different brand or store that will work with their customers to develop an appropriate relationship for continuous purchases.

I used to visit the Dallas location and have been going to the Fort Worth location since they opened. Customer service has always been great and the staff are always super friendly. I’ve purchased five pairs of Tecovas boots and my wife has three pairs. The combination of quality, price, and comfort can’t be beat. If you’re looking for a western boot, give them a shot!
