Great Customer Service! My Boots were picked by an employee from the Dallas store when there was a mix up with store. Needless to say I needed them by that afternoon and The Fort Worth Store was great and had them for me by that afternoon!! Thank you!!
Phenomenal experience at this Tecovas Store! From start to finish, the one on one customer experience was unparalleled...Devin helped us find the right boot, style and size. We also got to meet the manager Ryan, and chat with him about the Tecovas brand legacy and history. We ended up staying even after our purchase just casually chatting. I spent the weekend breaking in the new boots (Deans) and honestly, they're extremely comfortable at first wear. Can't say enough about the experience, well very curated and designed to make lifelong customers.

Huge thank you to Hailey! Was the most helpful person sales person I have had in a longtime. Although I was in a rush and could not buy anything at the time, Hailey managed to assist me in everything I was looking for in a timely manner.
Always friendly staff! Shop is expanding and I can't wait until it's finished. I'm sure they'll have a greater selection of apparel etc once it's completed. But note that parking can be an issue during busy times of day and day of week.
Always a nice and pleasant experience every time I step into Tecovas. The team is consistently helpful, welcoming, and never pushy—which I really appreciate. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and always take the opportunity to stroll the Stockyards while I’m at it. Great boots, great service, and always a reason to come back.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. I tried on a couple pairs of boots that I had my eye on. I didn’t end up buying a pair of boots, but I would consider coming pack due to the great customer service. I got a cologne for my husband that smells great
Ariana was a great help! I've owned Tecovas for over 7 years now, but this was our first time in the store and my wife's first pair and Ariana helped us tremendously. Being a Friday night, the store was busy, but we felt extremely welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend stopping by and getting an excellent pair of boots.
Someone gave me a very generous gift certificate to this store. I bought myself a new pair of beautiful suede boots and for my husband, his very first cowboy hat. The service was excellent. They were so helpful in helping us both decide on our purchases. They were all extremely friendly but also extremely knowledgeable. Ariana was very stylish so I asked her opinion on several style boots and my husband also asked a lot of hat questions. And every few minutes she would mention all the free services that come with our purchases, i.e. free cleaning, reshaping, boot stretching, and branding. We both left with what we felt were the perfectly customized hat for him and perfectly customized boots and belt for me. No one else has the same as we do.
Disappointed on the boot quality. I bought the Williams boots for $838 after tax, so I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, the boots had issues: paint coming off the sole and lots of loose threads. I had to go to the store myself and ask the sales associates to “try” to fix the issues. Customer service was very good, they offered me 10 % of compensation because the new customer promo doesn’t work for me. So I happy about the customer service but disappointed about the handmade quality.
