Olivia was absolutely amazing. She had so much patience, kindness, and the quality customer service qualities you want when buying a pair of boots. Could not recommend her enough! Thank you so much, Olivia!

Stopped in to get a cowboy hat that I had drove from two other Tecovas stores in the metroplex that said they had my size & was holding it only to find they didn’t. The team was wonderful & restored my faith in Tecovas after being disappointed at the other locations. Alex, Dylan, Ethan & Michael took the time to verify they actually had the right size and then stayed after hours to not only process the sale but to customize the hat with a brand for me & refused multiple attempts to tip them for their efforts. This Fort Worth location will get all of our business moving forward based on the above & beyond customer service that Alex and the rest of the team provided tonight. If your managers or corporate office is reading this, please take care of these guys the same way they take care of your customers.

What used to be a great store with great service has steadily gone downhill in the last two years. Don’t get me wrong, I still wear my Tecovas consistently, but this store is horrible. The last three times I’ve gone in, there were more employees than customers and not once were we offered help. We had to practically beg to try on boots and they didn’t have most sizes or colors available. I’m not being dramatic when I say employees were checking themselves out in the mirror, flirting with each other, and/or making awkward eye contact with us. I was beyond uncomfortable. As we were leaving, my friend said to me, “I probably would have bought boots if the service wasn’t so horrible” yikes… We went to Lucchese immediately after and had a night and day experience. If I purchase Tecovas again, I’m either doing it online or going to Dallas. I will not be stepping foot in this store again.

This was my first time buying boots and it was a great experience!! I appreciate Olivia for being attentive, patient and friendly. My family and I will definitely be back for more boots.

Tecovas – Fort Worth Stockyards I went in on a Monday, assuming it wouldn’t be busy, with clear intentions of purchasing white bridal boots for my engagement photo shoot and a pair for my fiancé. There was a group in the store when I arrived, so I patiently waited. I was greeted and asked if I needed help, but I really wanted to ask questions and sit down to try on boots without a large group. Once the group left, nearly all of the staff disappeared, leaving just one associate. When I asked her a couple of questions about the boots, she gave short one-word answers that made me feel like I was inconveniencing her and really uncomfortable. Because of that, I decided to skip trying on the boots for myself and just asked for a pair for my fiancé instead. At checkout, I simply asked the same girl if the boots were square toe since the sides looked slightly rounded. Instead of a helpful answer, I was met with a dismissive response that made me feel like I was dumb for asking. That was enough for me to walk away from both pairs of boots, and she didn’t bothered to ask if I was still interested in a different men’s style. I ended up going to Old Gringo down the street, where the store manager and sales associate greeted me warmly, asked thoughtful questions, answered all my questions, educated me on boot shapes, and made the process fun. I had a fantastic time trying on different styles, and their excellent customer service made it an easy decision to purchase there (I spent 2x my budget on my bridal boots) just because of the fantastic customer service. I truly loved the Tecovas boots, but two boot sales were lost that day simply due to poor customer service. I did end up getting shirts since those were non negotiable for my photo shoot.

Great shopping experience!! A group of us went and two of us got boots, one boot shine, and one a brand on their boots they already had. Lauren went above and beyond helping us in every way and ensuring the fit of the boots were perfect and each custom brand was exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend this store and Lauren who was so helpful and knowledgeable.

Logan, the store manager, was truly incredible. I had an issue with a product I’d gotten branded in-store, and he went above and beyond to make it right. He took so much care, time, and effort to ensure I left completely happy. I can’t recommend him enough—I'll absolutely be going back to him for my next pair of boots.

These guys are GREAT! The best of the best. We came in unknowingly just before closing time and they helped us and treated us like friends. Jose even came out of the back and layed down a new boot shine on our two pair…AFTER THE STORE WAS CLOSED! Kudos to Jose and the whole team. Happy New Year!
