I used to enjoy shopping here but over the past few months things have changed. Items are over priced, the checkout scan area is not self serve as it appears...instead an employee scans your things(very odd) and you have to bag it. Additionally, you cannot exchange items any more. Not to mention, they did away with dressing rooms before covid. Things aren't the same and I've decided to shop elsewhere unless something changes for the better.
It was the most high prices ever i have seen any were the pictures says it all a crock pot with no lid really and the broken toys should be in the trash and the 35 year old amplifier with no nob almost a hundred dollars wow the batman and the outher dolls get them at wallmart it's only 2 dollars more for new. Again this donated goods stop trying to charge to much for junkie trash just saying the store smells and very overpriced and stuff all over can't even walk this store needs a good bleach cleaning im not going here again. God bless who read this again this was my experience. A bad one to say the least, also the fire Marshall of Arlington tx should due a updated inspection it is definitely a fire hazard with all the clutter all over in that building.
This use to be my favorite thrift store in the metroplex… Now it’s caaaazy overpriced for a thrift store, no fitting rooms and no exchanges. Self checkouts are weird because they want you to wait for a cashier to check you out so I don’t get it. The only good thing about this store is that it has a lot of inventory and soooo many workers it’s always organized. I saw a simple metal organizer for a $100 today and I knew I need to turn around. On my way out I looked at jewelry and basic costume stuff was over $10.
Texas Thrift is a great store and Mrs. Flora is always very helpful with anything I need or are looking for, she's very helpful.
Great finds found almost everything i needed to make a cute derby hat
PRICES ARE ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS. Clothing and items from 2004 asking for retail. Like are you serious?!?? If you are going to call your self a thrift store, act like one.
DO NOT BUY CLOTHES HERE! They do not allow returns, and don’t offer changing rooms. This is incredibly scummy, and I ended up getting ripped off when 3/4 of the items I bought didn’t fit!
Stay away from this store. If you've frequented this place before, it is not how you used to remember it. Everything is overpriced and they have the audacity to have a donation area? I need everyone to know this place is a FOR PROFIT business. If you're donating to them, THEY ARE MAKING MONEY FOR THE BUSINESS, THEY DO NOT HELP THE COMMUNITY. Fair warning, if the clothing item you're looking for has "excessive material" like a jacket or sweater the price will reflect that. They pretty much find any reason to upcharge clothes here. Is it nikes, Adidas or under Armour branded? Charge 15$ regardless of the item. There are better Thrift shops in the area, support those instead of this one.
Customer service is pretty decent but there is one person there on the younger side who has an attitude. She normally works at the front. They have a variety but you have to have patience of course to find what you want.
Lots of stuff, good color tag discounts, prices are all generally very steep- examples include glassware priced over $30, baseball caps at $9, men's shorts starting at $10... im sure there are some great deals but more like looking for a needle in a haystack.
