I was double charged at this location last week. I had to call a few times to speak to somebody and I still needed to talk to one more person to even have them consider giving me a refund. The registers are broken in their solution is to charge you again for the exact same transaction. They had a lot of customers who don’t speak English very well, and I worry about whether those people also get double charged.

Decent thrift. However, no matter the time or day, is constantly overcrowded, humid, and warm. Fans don't really help. Most stuff is overpriced but if you're patient enough and willing to deal with the conditions, sometimes it's worth it. I recently found some brand new, with original tag, Under Armor shorts for $8.49 each. I also found Land's End T-shirts for less than $10 each. Wife and I spent about 30-45 min, other times we walk out with nothing.

I found this gem through word of mouth—I love a good thrift! This was my first time at this location, and it didn’t fully disappoint. The store is huge and offers a wide range of items if you’re willing to dig a bit. Pricing is slightly high, and the color tag discounts don’t add much value, as it’s almost impossible to find items with tags that are actually on sale. One drawback is no fitting rooms. For true thrifters, you do what you have to, but it’s not ideal when the store is crowded. I’m also not a fan of the self-checkout setup. The point of self-checkout is convenience, but here, employees “assist” by standing at self checkout, taking items from you to scan, only for you to bag them yourself—feels unnecessary. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience, despite a few things like the assisted self-checkout. Thanks, Texas Thrift!

Overall really good, but one thing caught my attention. I was looking for some dress pants and I came across a pair that was stained with brown substance that smelled really bad. Also I saw another pair that was rock solid and had a slimy look. Anyways everything else was fine

I love thrifting and have visited several in the DFW area. This location disappointed me. Pros- The place is big and clean. Staff is nice. Everything is arranged neatly with sizes in order. I found several name brand items. I found a Steve Madden purse. Loved! Prices are reasonable. Here is why I didn’t rate them high. 1. Shopping music is loud and unpleasant 2. There are NO fitting rooms. I don’t purchase any clothing without trying it out. 3. Everything is NON refundable and NON exchangeable. If there are no fitting rooms then we should be allowed to try the clothing at home and be able to return it for an exchange or refund 4. Self checkouts!!

There’s a little lady that works here that she’s always been polite and sweet. Very helpful. Whenever we need help with something. I recall her name is Flora. I like to give a good rating #10 for her. She’s always been helpful and very sweet employee.

I used to love shopping here. But after going today, I won't be back. Items were overpriced and they got rid of the fitting rooms. I asked an employee if I could just go into the restroom to try on the clothes, and she apologized and said they're not allowed to do that. She was very nice, but had ro enforce a bad policy. Since all sales are final, I couldn't even try them on at home and bring back what didn't fit. I walked out and went to another thrift store and bought everything I needed because I could try everything on there. Now I see from other reviews that this place is for profit? Now I will no longer bring donations here either. Do better, Texas Thrift. You used to be amazing.

some things were literally more expensive than if i were to buy them new. on top of that i had to use the restroom so i asked an employee where the bathroom was and she didn’t even speak english! i then found the bathroom, which i had to find an employee (that spoke english) to use since i had to type a code to get in. as i’m using the bathroom (with no lock on it btw) someone was trying to get in, and i yelled im in here. i then hear them typing a code like they’re trying to still come in. and trying to open the door again… really weird. thankfully they didn’t know the code so i could actually finish using the bathroom in peace. not sure why there’s only one bathroom anyway, and without a lock is ridiculous. mind you bathroom was filthy on top of that… also the floor supervisor at the front was extremely rude as well, almost bumped into us with some carts until we moved out of the way. first time going to a thrift store and i definitely will not come back to this one ever again

Shopped here today for the first time and was very impressed! It was one of the most organized thrift stores I’ve ever seen. Everything was organized by category, pricing was great, and every employee I interacted with was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!
