I just moved in and the place was a disaster. Duct tape to fix the showerhead, faucet unsecured, broken AC unit, missing light bulbs, 2 broken closets, rug pulling up, spray foam pouring out from the baseboards, leak in the ceiling & wasn't painted. Should I continue....?
Truly incompetent, hostile, and cowardly. Besides the laughably inept office staff, in the face of a pandemic, they were unwilling to make any concessions to assist their tenants. Take note, WPRG, your cowardice during this unprecedented international incident will be remembered for years to come. Shame on you.
Scam company , don’t try to rent from them , agent Amir Abdelkaoui Keller Williams ,post house for rent on Zillow, took my $50 for application, never get back for answer, not sure if they even check anything or just took everyone money
Nothing but good things to say. Any minor maintenance issue I have had was fixed very quickly- often within a few hours of submitting. Apartment is very fairly priced for location and size.
Trying to look at around 5 different units from one realtor Haissa Dajud and not only was she and hour late for the first showing that we missed the second one that she was supposed to show us but then the very next day stands us up again because “she couldn’t find the keys because of the snow” then this weekend is the final straw with trying to show 3 apartments finally answered her phone after 3 attempts at calling her and says that she didn’t add it to the calendar and was to far away. So unprofessional and will NEVER look at a listing under her name again. Dodged a bullet.
I had an extremely negative communicating with Sam about a maintenance request. He was extremely condescending and dismissed every concern I had. Some employees there are great but he made sure I will not rent with them again.
STAY AWAY! Prior to my move in William Penn refused to remove items left by prior tenants. When my move out came they said they were charging me to remove said items. They are predatory and complete slum Lord's, DO NOT RENT FROM WILLIAM PENN EDIT:. please don't the mistake I did they took my ENTIRE security deposit and they will do everything they can to take yours too. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCUM BAGS
When I moved into a William Penn Realty apartment it was disgusting, with mold, cockroaches, dead mice, and general filth in every area. They have done absolutely nothing over the past month despite numerous requests submitted through their "online form." DO NOT LEASE FROM THEM.
Absolutely horrible experience. They will rob you of application money and continue adding requirements then they will still go with someone else. They’re rude lack phone etiquette and try to hike prices and profit margins left and right. Gross experience. Never again
Go elsewhere...anywhere other than William Penn Realty Group!!!! The communication and customer service here is awful. You can expect to get the run around if you do finally get in touch with the landlady. It's quite comical how the landlady can cash the rent check as quick as she gets it, but can't return multiple phone calls or emails in regards to the numerous problems we've had living in this house. I will NEVER do business with William Penn Realty Group again!!! PS: If you do happen to move into a house off Chester Pike in Norwood, PA expect to pay the next door psychic business's water bill for the duration of your stay.
