William Penn would be horrified to have his name associated with this company. They will avoid helping tenants at all costs. However, they will eagerly accept your money to make you a tenant. Just don't do it!

I stayed at the 2125 Locust Street Property and it was an amazing location as well as wonderful customer service. Susan, Anne-Marie and Ms. Pat were very easy to work with when maintenance or payment concerns arose.

Possibly one of the worst, if not the worst realty companies I have ever dealt with. Stay FAR FAR away. They ignore maintenance requests, pest-related emails and are the rudest people I have interacted with.

Been here on south street for probably 18 years. Nice location, small studio, lowest price around. Great experience all around, Management and maintainance has always been great.

I lived at 28 E Lancaster Ave in Ardmore which WPRG owns and let me tell you the building was falling apart cracks in the walls mice and all sorts of bugs came inside celling collapsed twice because the roof was falling apart the tried to hide my rent check and try to steal from me but I wasn’t having it building got cited multiple times by lower merion township for code violations because they weren’t cleaning the building snow removal sucked you couldn’t even walk on the sidewalk because it was impassable etc do not rent from this company stay away

RUNAWAY! The very first day i moved-in the roof was replaced and there was water damage all over the ceiling and walls of the living room. After calling and raising hell they sent someone in same day to repaint the walls. I complained to the maintenance person while he was working for painting and replastering over wet plaster. He said he was sent to do a job and hes going to finish it. Unfortunately i moved from out of state and could not afford to move again. WPRG refused to help with moving costs. After 3 months in the apartment on the corner of spruce and 17th street mold started to grow where the water damage originally occurred. WPRG refused to relieve me from the lease. They brought a maintanence man again and when he removed the interior wall, there was sunlight coming through the exterior brick wall. WPRG still wouldnt relieve me from the lease. I moved regardless and they only gave me back my last months rent. They actually wrote me a note with the check saying i should be happy i got some money back and they were keeping my security deposit for breaking the lease. Pictures have been added to google maps. Please send your complaints to the Better Business Bureau.

Writing this because I am extremely pleased with the way my broken washing machine was handled. After submitting a maintenance request online, I was almost immediately contacted by maintenance to schedule the install of a new one. It was a similar process for a garage door issue, shower plumbing issue, and even a tree that was scratching against a window that they trimmed back. Thanks again WPRG for the speedy responses and quick action. I hope to stay in my house for 3 more years!

Worst experience ever. I am a current tenant. I have lived in many apartments and this is by far the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. They are rude, unprofessional, and don't keep up the apartments. Maintenance is the worst and they just "band-aid" issues instead of fixing the root cause. They just told me my option, instead of resolving an issue, was that I could move. Gun to my head would not rent with them again.

Fairly disappointed in this company. There’s been a low level of communication from the very beginning. Recently there was a leak from the unit above me that caused water damage in my apartment. It took 3 days of no contact and me practically harassing them for me to get a call back from them. Where the supervisor (?) was rather condescending. Not impressed. I stay because of the low price (which is apparent in the quality) and the location.

Lived here 8 years, barely raised rent while I was there. They were responsive for repairs and any issues. Cleaned off the front of snow and weeds. Pleasant management group who were very easy to work with throughout my time including Covid. It wasn’t Taj Mahal but for 8 years it was my home in Queens village. So thank you.
