Great service! Had no problem changing my car type. Great communication and very helpful. Could drop my car off one day later without charge cause they were already closed
Yesenia was really helpful. We walked to to car to make sure it is the car that can fit all the luggage and boxes. When we found it’s not, he helped me cancel the old one and made a new booking.
Not a very friendly or comfortable rental location. I did not get the car I requested for, I did not like the car I got, and the pick up and return process is somewhat complicated and unfriendly. So unless you have a very specific reason for picking up a car around this area, you should consider somewhere else.
Avis, you have an amazing team at your Downtown Franklin street location! I've been a consistent renter for the past 5 months. Juana, Nestor, and Yesenia always do an excellent job with accommodating and assisting me with even the slightest inconvenience. Clean office, Knowledgeable with Quick and Efficient processes, Great personalities, Personable and respectful with Every Check in. Customer service is always top tier! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They all deserve a raise, this team represents your company well. It's always a pleasure when speaking to them or coming into the office.
While there was no one at the desk when we arrived, we quickly learned it was because one person was buzzing around trying to help everyone. Juana is very sweet ,smiling, friendly, answers calls, the works. She has great customer service!
Big shout out to Nestor. He’s extremely knowledgeable in his role and has been so much help in my most recent car rentals. When something came about, he always had another solution. Look for him anytime you want a rental
Specific to the Chicago drop off: It has a sign near the key drop. But go down in the elevator to 1/ground, turn left and then you'll see it in about 50 yards, passed the bar/restaurant. Hand over very easy. Rental was easy in USA.
Wonderful people to work with. We had issues booming through Uber and a front desk associate helped us out even covered some expenses due to Uber messing our reservation up. Uber was supposed to drop off the vehicle and pick it up but they never did. Highly recommend booking directly through Avis never through a third party.

Booked a car rental through a 3rd party vendor. Unfortunately the rental location address indicated a downtown office but didn't indicate which one. Needless to say, I was in an Uber headed to the wrong location for the rental pick up. Nestor at the location on 335a Franklin understood how to fix the issue & promised to get me out within the hour. His pleasant demeanor, professionalism, ability to listen, analyze, & troubleshoot, turned this into a pleasant inconvenience. Nestor, you're a true asset to Avis! Thanks for being the hero in my day. :)
