In a word, overpriced. In 2 words ridiculously overpriced. I've not been there in a couple years so I had forgotten how crazy their prices are. We had two croissants and two 12 ounce lattes and it was $28 and they want a tip too! And of course, they charge $1.50 for non-dairy milk. I guess I shouldn't be surprised given the neighborhood; the gas station across the street is always a dollar more expensive than any other gas station in the city. But never again.

New favorite: twice baked raspberry croissant. Also had a very successful birthday cake from their chocolate cake mix. My wife loves the shrimp dinner dish (frozen). Amazing selection of natural wines, particularly from small Chilean producers. Just had the BEST macaroon from there!! Thanks!

Nice outdoor seating area. I decided to randomly stop by since I saw their sidewalk sign. There is also some seating inside. They have wifi. The barista takes their time making drinks. The pistachio pastry was a bit dense and a bit bland. If I am in the neighborhood I would come back but won't make a trip for it. There is also a bit of construction on the road in this area.

This a cozy little place in Madrona, acting as a nice hole in the wall cafe to chill and get a nice cup of coffee. I especially liked their selection of confectionary items displayed in the front. Overall, it’s a nice regional cafe with about average coffee.

Got a chocolate croissant and two macaroons. Really good price for quality. The seating and atmosphere was great and friendly staff. I sat around for an hour slowly eating and was never bothered, so that was nice. Everything good and clean! Amazing and tasty.

This place is cute, but the food was a big bummer. I had the strawberry pan suis and seasonal egg cocotte. The jammy bits of the pan suis tasted incredibly artificial and the dough was tough. The whites in the middle of the egg cocotte were uncooked and runny while the yolks on the outside that were supposed to be runny were cooked solid. I didn’t even want to ask for it to be remade bc I truly had zero confidence in it being any better.

Terrible service and tiny portions for $$. I worked service industry for a long time and totally get it when people have a bad day, but the cashier obviously didn’t want me there and was unpleasant and curt. I ordered a croissant sandwich (~13$) and a beet salad (~$17) and they were both very small portions. Yummy for sure, but tiny; it didn’t feel worth it. Pretty disappointing.

while visiting seattle and several miles from my hotel today, my iPhone crashed and spontaneously reset. left without cell service, a map or wifi - or a way to fix these things - i found myself at this delightful bistro. 10 stars for the staff there - Y'Ana - who got me much needed water, a very yummy turkey and cheese sandwich - and most generously a rideshare back to my hotel. 10/10 experience at Belle Epicurean. thank you again Y'Ana!!

Overpriced and the pastries are way to bland. Better off trying the cafe next to this place

This is a good European Espresso and bakery. It was delicious. The ham and egg croissant went well with their robust coffee, Full of flavor. I will have the coffee black next time. I really enjoyed the staff and the decor. It was worth the price, not much more than StarTrucks and was better in every way.
