Boston pickup gave us a car that the battery kept dying. Had to have it jump started twice. Also had to wait 5 hours for a replacement vehicle
The car was in perfect condition, but it's kind of difficult to pick up and return the car (7th Floor garage)
Avoid. Poor cars, no courtesy in the office (okay in the car park). Overcharged as they processed our check out slowly due to an empty office
GARBAGE. Why did they charge me triple for what i originally spent? And it takes 7 days to process the refund and there is zero help or apology? So frustrating
I put 1 star but 0 would be more accurate. Horrible customer service, unfriendly employee, they try to take your money at all cost !

terrible experience! charged me two times as they were supposed to, called them million times, dropped by twice and it took two weeks to fix everything. poor service, not helping staffs. well what else you are looking for?!
