Very poor costumer services and guidelines....they take your CC and you figure out where is the car....
Very decent all things considered. Rented here bc it is next to the ferry. Cars are on the seventh floor of the parking garage and location is on the street level. Staff was very professional. No bathroom in the entire building (including the dunkin donuts next door) so dont show up expecting to use the bathroom before you get the car. Closes early on weekends.
Worst car rental experience ever, very dishonest company. The car was very dirty, the tank was not full and the smell was so bad we had to keep the windo ws opened during the trip. Then after returning the car they charged you additional fees equivalent to 10x the initial price without explanation and you have to fight to get your money back. BIG SCAM STAY AWAY !!!!!!
