Poor vehicle condition. Required a long time consuming trip to exchange unsafe vehicle
Easy pickup and drop off Boston Wharf location, hundreds lower rate for 10 day rental compared to airport locations
This location is convenient to Logan Airport and doesn't have all the additional fees associated with the airport. Easy in and out of Boston.
Extra charges, hidden fees- don't trust the price the quote you. Car is not at the office location- hassle pick up & drop off.
I had a great experience here. Picked up car flawlessly, elevator up to 7, head out. Perfect. Cheaper than airport as well.
We reserved a car and we were limited on our time to use the car for the day and they were to open at 8:00AM and no one showed up until 8:15AM, so by the time the paperwork was done and we found the car it was after 8:45.
Stay away. They are a joke. The car we got was a piece of junk. Customer service didn’t help us to exchange the car until it didn’t work anymore. We couldn’t get help on the phone and now they are charging for roadside assistance that we never received
Don't rent from this location. They confirm 3 times with my wife. But forgot to say they were going to be closed on labor day. So when we arrived guess who was closed. Would never rent a car again through budget. They blamed everyone else for there mistake.
I requested a 12 seater van and Budget flat out didn't have one there for me or anywhere in the area. They offered no solution and I was forced to pay several hundred more for a rental at a different company. Very sad because until this point I was a reliable Budget customer.
We had the best experience and service from your Budget team at the Atlantic Ave Boston Harbor location. So much easier, affordable and convenient than the Logan Airport facility. Diane DiGiacomo and Mike Fernandez were the best! They were friendly and extremely helpful with a great sense of humor! We can't wait to go back to rent from them again!
