Exceptional Enterprise rental car services provided at 20 East Randolph Street in downtown Chicago: Efficient, seamless, quick and professional. I was extremely pleased with all facets of the rental car services provided.
I have been coming to this 537 N Loop W location for 5+years. The manager staff under the leadership of Patrick, are very knowledgeable and helpful. Zack and Joel were had phenomenal customer service and made the process enjoyable.
Ryan really took care of me and made sure I had a great experience while we were in town for a family wedding. The previous two nights had really bad storms, and it caused disruptions with people renting more cars and some not dropping them off where they were supposed to. So the day I went in for my reservation I could tell it was busy. But, the entire team there were all handling it really well and were so courteous to everyone. Ryan shuttled me to the nearest location that had a full siz suv ready for me and had everything taken care of for me there. I don't think I've ever experienced that level of care at a car rental anytime before. Thanks Ryan! Wedding weekend saved.

Absolutely amazing service and reliable cars. Love the extended drop off timings for this location. The team that runs the outlet is fantastic as well. They explain the process and field any questions you may have with patience.
Really fast paced service. The place is a bit hard to find. You have to go into a garage and up the elevator.ms. they didn't have the exact car i reserved but they made accommodations.
The vehicle had an over barring smell of marijuana enough so that we had to purchase air fresheners and odor eliminators and the smell still didn’t go away. My 12 year old child and wife suffered from headaches the entire drive from Chicago to Minneapolis. Complete unacceptable and for the people at Enterprise in Chicago to sell this as a free upgrade was even more insulting as they had to drive the vehicle to us so they knew it smelled, plus when we complained they told us they didn’t have another vehicle for us.
I had a great experience with Enterprise. The agents were amazing, very helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Benjie Royer as he was incredibly nice, professional . I really appreciate his outstanding service!
First experience at this location and the customer service was excellent at pickup and drop off. I unfortunately did not get the name of the first agent I worked with at pickup but at drop off Benji was extremely kind and I greatly appreciate the quality of service at this location.
