Our family uses enterprise for rentals often and we have never had any negative experiences until visiting this location. Ryan was disrespectful and it is unfortunate the way they treat people here. The worst customer service we have experienced.
Amazing service. Single-handedly made Enterprise Rent-A-Car a good experience when it had been a bit stressful and byzantine till I first spoke with this office. Both interactions here were fantastic.
Superb service! The whole team is friendly and helpful, special shout out to Kathryn. Extremely satisfied with the vehicle I was provided with, it only had 700 miles and was just like new.
Excellent service, fast, professional and helpful. Limited selection for a one way rental, but excellent service won the day. Be aware when looking for this place that it is not on the ground floor, you have to take the elevator up to the parking deck.

The guys working were super friendly and helpful. Asked about our trip, where we were from, etc. Got a free upgrade, we paid for a sedan but got a small SUV.

Picked up car in downtown Chicago, easy pickup, Ryan very helpful and thorough. Car was very good, no issues and drop off in OKC easy. Would definitely use again!
If I could give zero stars, I would! I was sent to this location for an insurance rental and the manager was very rude, condescending, and showed zero remorse for their mistake. My insurance company made my reservation for Saturday afternoon- I called early Saturday & advised when I would be picking up my rental & was told that’s okay . When I arrived, the manager Benjamin, said “did I call you? Did I let you know your car was available? I wasn’t expecting you until Monday & wasn’t calling you until then”. He also said my vehicle would be $30 more per day, although my insurance company pays $50 per day, and offered me a small 2-door vehicle for $49 per day. I will NEVER go to this location again & I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I contacted my insurance company & they also stated they will no longer send insureds to this location. If you want quality service, I recommend the South Loop location.
Really loved the experience. Benji and his staff goes above and beyond to help the customers. The parking ramp is steep and I didn't feel comfortable driving the car uphill but on my request, Benji sent his staff downstairs who helped us drive the car back to the lot.
