I have been calling since the beginning of the year trying to get in contact with someone regarding an entire office especially the doctor. I have left several messages and NO ONE has returned the call. I am beginning to think these people are in cahoots with the poor healthcare service provided in ALL of Metro Atlanta. When I say I will not abort mission I will be heard.

I applied for my laser license and they were very prompt about helping me with the necessary documentation for obtaining my license. Communication was quick via email, Mrs. Carol helped me and i am very pleased with her diligence!

No one answers the phone number. The website does not have the information for license renewal. No one answered my email in 2 weeks. No one returns phone calls! It is the shoddiest functioning least responsive agency one can deal with. I got someone from medicaid faster.

Unfortunately, I'll be joining the list of people who have had a horrible experience with this institution. Applied back in March. 3 months later and all I know with clarity is that my fee was cashed. I don't know where my documents are, LORs, I know NOTHING. No calls back, emails are bouncing back. I may have to drive there to get answers as I see someone did.

Mrs Dwana is amazing from hello to goodbye. The procedure to follow was concisely explained and made simple and easy for me. Thank you so much Mrs Dwana for being an exemplary individual!

Renewed my license online, was charged twice and did not receive my wallet card. Have been calling for almost 2 months, no one answers the phone or responds to voice mail. Terrible service..looking at the other reviews it seems my experience is the usual for this board. They should be ashamed.

I’d really like to know if anyone here knows if Tara Edwards still works here. If so how to contact them. I’ve tried emails and phone calls for months now with no response. I see others have had similar issues. If they were resolved I would appreciate knowing the steps to making it happen. Either way I’ll keep being positive until someone is able to fix my issue. Hopefully it doesn’t take another two months to get it fixed.

extremely slow. called and emailed many times and it either go to voicemail or noone pick up. After several months I had to come by and check on my status. The staff was very helpful in person but definitely bad service overall. After granted my license and additional 1.5 months i still don't see my license, directions to create mandatory physician profile or wall certificate i was blessed to able to contact a person named cphyillis--->excellent. He/she was very efficient, helpful, and got everything done for me within like 2 hours. Board needs more people like him or her. Definitely need major changes and better management.

I wish there was an option to give zero stars. The worst experience in customer service I have ever had! No one ever returns any emails or phone calls. It honestly seems like no one works there. I have been waiting for them to approve my application- I know they have it because they had no problem cashing the application fee. After reading other people’s reviews, accounting the same experience, they need to be held accountable.

I spent 2 months going back and forth through email with a terrible licensure "specialist" about a protocol that I ultimately got approved in 10 minutes once I showed up to the office in person. My big tip: print everything you need for your application and submit it in person. The people that processed my application were lovely and quick. This office should be ashamed of how difficult they make this process and how they treat medical professionals.
