M&M Limousine Services

I am not one to write bad reviews, but I highly recommend you DO NOT book with M&M Limo Services as they WILL NOT SHOW UP. I booked 3 rides with M&M for my wedding day. One bus was scheduled to pick up my husband and his groomsmen, drop them off at our venue, then turn around and come pick up me and my bridesmaids, to then drop us off at the venue. M&M picked up my husband and his guys, but NEVER came back for me (the bride) and my bridesmaids. I was an hour and a half late, waited on the phone with M&M only to find out they have no idea what happened and that we won’t have a bus in time. We had to scramble for Ubers and rides. I wish this was it….but it wasn’t. I had another large M&M party bus scheduled to pick up everyone after the wedding at 12am and take us back to the hotel. This bus ALSO never showed up. I had 40 guests waiting, after a long day of drinking, which we had to again order an insane amount of Ubers to get everyone back to the hotel safe. I have all confirmation numbers and emails, I received confirmation the day of my event, just for them to not show up twice. They took away a special moment I was supposed to have with my girls riding to my wedding together, and also failed us. I have been calling every day since Saturday (it’s now Tuesday) to speak to a manager and get a refund. I was told I need to file a claim, which I called and was told the person is not in and they are not sure when they will be in. They still have not made it right, given me any answers as to why this happened, OR given me any sort of refund or compensation. If you want a smooth wedding day with no transportation issues, go with any one else besides M&M - Coming from a family who owns a reception hall and is in this field.

I used M&M for my wedding date. I was told I had to pay an extra $200 for a security guard since our wedding was at a church??? I paid the extra $200 and the security guard was not present. It’s now been a month and I still have yet to get my refund. Getting ahold of anyone here who knows anything is also almost impossible. I was also told that there would be cups, water, and ice on the party bus for us which there wasn’t. Almost every seat on the bus was completely torn and destroyed. We were also told after our final drop off we were responsible for cleaning the bus. Obviously we didn’t have any garbage bags with us and of course they don’t provide garbage bins of bags on the bus so me the groom and the whole wedding party had to carry all the garbage into the venue and dispose of it there. Definitely do not recommend this company.

On time, very nice drive, asked about temperature and if we wanted music. Clean vehicle.

I have used M&M numerous times and had good experiences with them until recently, when I hired them for my wedding. I am thoroughly disappointed with what occurred and how it was handled, or lack there of. I will say, my driver, Angelica (I believe) was amazing. She was so nice, professional, personable and helped out as much as she could with the situation at hand. We rented a coach bus for 10 hours with unlimited stops. After confirming all of the times/stops via email with a confirmation from the company, they still failed to pick up my family for my wedding. When Angelica and I were working to get this resolved, the schedule she was given was incorrect and did not have picking up or dropping off my family on the list. She was so nice and rushed over to get my family (after already dropping everyone else off at the church) and was able to get them there just in time. While I understand mistakes happen, the lack of response from the company after the wedding is very upsetting. I reached out to talk with them about what happened and see where the disconnect occurred. Over a month later and I have still not received a response. A simple response could have saved a repeat customer but at this point, I will not be using them again.

The driver was on time and we made multiple stops as we were going to funeral and then the burial site. Afterwards, we headed to O'hare. Great experience all around.

Horrible! Do not use them unless you want to just throw money away & not get what you reserved. They were almost 2 hours late to bring bridal party to the wedding. The vehicle was not the size we reserved (10 of us barely fit in what was supposed to fit 14). Then for our ride back after the wedding, to no surprise from first issue, they were late again. Icing on the cake was when the driver kicked out me (bride) and my groom saying we were not allowed to have a private ride when we paid for the hour. No one could help us as we scrambled & was extremely rude threatening to not even fulfill their contractual duties. Do not use this service! You’re much better off walking then being able to rely on them. Ruined my wedding day! Update: After 6+ voicemails & emails, we’ve been completely ignored with no response from their resolutions manager. Was told only 1 person handles this & she only works select days & hours.

Very poor experience from top to bottom. We have been waiting to hear back for over a MONTH regarding our reservation issues. Between lack of customer service response, to clueless drivers wasting our time and Money M&M checks all the boxes for terrible transportation services! Do not book with M&M. You would have better luck burning your money outside.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE! I would’ve have given no stars if applicable. My reservation was for a party bus for my son’s 10th bday to transport him and his guests. The company sent a vehicle that they were aware had a previous malfunction issue. Apparently no one checked prior to my service. The vehicle arrive and was inoperable as the door wouldn’t close. This caused me to not only be late for my son’s party but to additionally have to make alternatives accommodations for all guests as transportation was to be provided. I was told in that moment that a FULL refund would be issued and I requested some kind of compensation for the inconvenience. A different bus was sent to the location for pick up after the party (my assumption as the compensation as Brian the dispatch manager said a full refund was entered that same day of service). It has been almost a week, there has been a refund of no kind issued, and I was informed that I was charged for the return trip. The owner/manager Muhammad (who was very nasty) stated that the best they could offer would be a credit for a future trip! I don’t know who in their right mind would book with such an inconsiderate business. This was not a service for adults, not that it would make the situation better. It was a service for children who were disappointed, parents inconvenienced and overall a huge mess. As a business, there was and is no accountability. I was a little short of “stalked” to book my reservation after receiving my quote, but no resolution once my payment was submitted and the contract was broken on their end. In fact , it took several days, several contacts and 2 voicemails to finally get Muhammad who threatened that the calls were recorded and would be sent to my financial institution if I disputed the charge. DEPLORABLE!! The money is not the biggest issue, it’s the principle and lack of accountability. As an Executive level manger for over 12 years, I would never allow this kind of service to be delivered. Buyer BEWARE!!

We have used them a few times and had a good experience, haven’t used them in a few months. Contacted them for a quote wanted to changed it to one pick up location instead of 2, they upped the price $100??? Went to put down my deposit and they upped the price over $200! They said demand has gone up, from a few days prior when I contacted them. No way this is going to continue to be a successful business. They will keep charging you more hoping you’re desperate enough to pay. Bet they will be closed soon. Wouldn’t trust them to be there when you need a pick up at this point. So disappointing.

Due to the poor customer service I received, I would not recommend M&M Limousine Services, and won't be using them again. We booked two reservations for a wedding on Saturday, October 22, 2022 (shuttle service to and from the event). The reason for the poor review is that for our first reservation of the day which was transportation of 20+ people to the wedding, our driver was 30 minutes late to pick our group up which made our entire group late to the wedding. The driver explained that dispatch had booked the last reservations to be dropped off at the same time as our scheduled pick up time (4:00PM) which demonstrates poor planning . As instructed as part of the reservation, I had immediately contacted Dispatch once our driver was late and stated I would like a refund, but only for the first trip as the second reservation went well and there were know issues. I had to follow up multiple times before I finally received a call back stating I would only get a $95 refund which was roughly 15% of the total cost of the first trip. I requested more of a refund considering the circumstances and with how late the driver was due to the poor planning. I was told they would talk to management about an additional refund. I did not hear back for 2+ weeks even after leaving 2 more voicemails asking for a follow up, only to recently get an email notification of an additional $10 being credited back to my card from the company. The entire ordeal was incredibly frustrating and easily avoidable. I do not recommend using M&M Limousine Services and encourage others to look elsewhere if in need of shuttle or party bus rental options.
