One hour late picking up my son for his senior homecoming dance with his girlfriend. I tried to call put on hold . I just text message we will be one hour like no big deal. I ask for some type of refund because this company destroyed a very once in lifetime occasion for my wife and my son . We also did not get car we ordered and paid for in advance, I get a email saying we will investigate your complaint . I am a regional director for a firm and I wish I told my clients I will get back to you in 7- 14 days when they know they were one hour late I saved all their text message and you want to investigate my complaint that you confirmed to me via text that you have record of. You lost a good customer and many more because I will spread the word how terrible your service is and how unprofessional you handling my complaint ,

I booked a ride months in advance for a 20 person bus to pick us up for a wedding in Chicago. I confirmed twice the day before the event and everything was ready to go. Day of the wedding came and we had a pickup scheduled for 4pm. The bus never showed and I never received notice or a call. I attempted to call the main number and was repeatedly put on hold. After missing the wedding ceremony for all 20 people scheduled to be on the bus, I had to arrange a new ride at the last minute for the reception and no one on the phone could tell me why or where the driver was. They were completely unorganized and the customer service was non existent. I finally had someone call me back, while in different transportation (that we luckily were able to get ourselves) telling me they will refund me the ride and will discuss with management. We had them scheduled for a pick up at the end of the night and we were told they would send a better limo for that ride since they didn't show up for the first one. They showed up at the end of the night and the limo was just used, completely dirty and filled with trash/empty dishes etc. from the previous ride. Since the wedding a week and a half ago, I have been trying to get a hold of someone from the company to discuss the horrible experience and complete lack of respect and customer service you would expect from any company. I have sent numerous communications to try and get in touch and I do not get responses. I normally don't write reviews but I am so shocked by the service that I would give serious caution to anyone trying to use this company. It may all work out for you or like my case, they don't show and are unresponsive to all communication. Buyers beware!

The drivers were prompt and very personable. I enjoyed the rides both from and to O’Hare

Do not use this company, they will lie about where they are and not show up. I booked them for an 11:15 pm pick up after a concert at soldier field - it’s 12:24 am and we ‘re still waiting. They take your money, plus tip, in advance and don’t show up. All the other car services managed to figure out how to pick up people. The driver also claimed I gave them the wrong phone number - not true, it is correct in my confirmation. They are a fraud. Update - they never showed. They left 2 women stranded. Everyone, including the workers, had left. This is a huge safety issue. I will be reporting them to the city and state agencies that license them.

We had a mostly good experience with M&M. Our driver was on time, the bus was as expected, and we were able to get our whole wedding party safely to the venue. However, after telling both the mother of the bride and the coordinator the driver would be making another loop back to the hotel to pick up another load of family members and bring them to the venue. Our driver did not go back to the hotel. We didn’t know this until our family started getting nervous about time and our coordinator called the driver. He told her he did not go back to the hotel. This caused our ceremony to start late because several family members had to call an Uber and we lost about an hour worth of time we had paid for. This was really disappointing.

We rented a bus for our wedding guests and they did an excellent job. Absolutely no complaints. The bus was on time, the driver was fabulous and courteous to our guests and everything went as expected even during rush hour on a weekday in downtown Chicago. I think the key is to rent the bus longer than what you need it for so you have some cushion with your timing.

My car never arrived. I was given the driver's name and number, but he said he no longer works for the company because they haven’t paid him. He mentioned he was a subcontractor and that they keep promising payment without following through.

I have booked with M&M Limo on at minimum of 4 occasions. The first 2 services were phenomenal. I know Covid has caused many changes to businesses so I tried to be understanding. My most recent trip was horrible. They didn't send the vehicle I reserved and paid extra for. They sent a different limo lower in cost and bells and whistles and we had no heat going to the airport. It was freezing out on 12/23/22. The limo driver did not exit the vehicle and we had to load our own luggage.Why did we have to pay gratuity? we did all the work. To make matters worse on our trip home the driver was late and answered the phone like we were friends with no professionalism. He was an horrible driver. Each time he changed lanes cars was honking at us. I waited awhile to post this review because I thought M&M would be fair but they credited my account 23.00 for this terrible service. Insulting! They have lost a great customer. OHH and let me not forget to mention the Sprinters were FILTHY (OUTSIDE) AND THE INSIDE HAD OPEN WATER BOTTLES!! RUN!!!!! Most of these good reviews are probably not real.

M&M was professional from the start of my request to pick-up and drop-off. I will be using them again.

I had heard such wonderful things about this company, but I was very disappointed with a couple of things that happened with M&M on my wedding day. First, the limo that showed up on my wedding day had ripped interior and the AC didn’t work. My parents and I were supposed to go from where we were getting ready to the church. It was 90 degrees outside that day. We paid $400 for the “two hour transportation” and used it for like 5 minutes because we couldn’t sit in there because of how hot it was. Luckily, we had a party bus (not through M&M) that could fit the passengers from the limo. I contacted M&M to ask for a refund because we were literally unable to ride in the limo and I’ve received no response to my many emails, no acknowledgment of it, no apology, nothing. Finally, our 50 person shuttle (for the end of the night) was advised to not go to the front entrance of the venue (because it’s a tight space) it continued to go and got stuck for 15 minutes. Scratched the side pillars, lawn damage, and the entire side of the bus. We spent a decent amount of money on transportation (guest/evening transportation in additional to the two noted), so I just thought they’d have superior service, quality vehicles, and customer service. I wish I was writing a better review. I’ve heard amazing things about M&M. I think their service has suffered due to covid, lack of staff, drivers, etc. Dealing with this stuff on wedding day is just unpleasant, so hopefully this is helpful!
