I have called this company numerous times to find out about my claim....some of staff is not helpful....they drop your call on purpose...rude and UNPROFESSIONAL...I AM LOOKING FOR ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY BECAUSE THIS ONE SUCKS ON SOOOOOOO MANY LEVELS..THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR...NEGATIVE 10 STARS....THE WORSE
THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BY THE BBB, how are they even still in business when all they do is SCAM CUSTOMERS. If you have an accident they will ignore your call and leave you stranded for weeks
the worst company ever they never called me to renew my insurance i have been with them for 7 years and they suspended me just because a friend had asked if the policy will go up if i added him as a second driver the worst ever they could of at least give me a heads up
Never get insurance with this company. They will not tell you anything about your claim just dance around to not pay. I pay my bill every month on time yet they will not tell me anything or pay me.
I read the reviews and I still got the insurance and now I'm paying for it my truck was in hurricane ian and destroyed it was a total loss the value was $5,000 ocean harbor only gave me $1,500 telling me stuff like oh there was a scratch on the bumper there was a scratch on the door they are the worst insurance it takes over a month for anybody to returning a call they are the worst and yes they were the cheapesinsurance company that there is

Very disappointed with my experience. It took two months to receive my payout, and the process was frustrating and slow. Would not recommend.
Friendly, Helpful staff. One of the cheapest companies if you don't have the greatest driving record. They do Taxes there as well.
The absolute worst insurance company . Roadside is a scam , they also provide horrible customer service . Somehow they are still in business and it boggles my mind . Beware of this company .
