From the body shop we have more the 1month the customer car in the body shop and the adjuster Miriam Stepa not ANWER the email the calls, no return calls we waithing for the estimate and they still not send the estimate to the customer , realy unprofesional , realy bad customer service .

Terrible company. They only want your money and do not actually help. The coverages are very bad. I bought a car and the dealership said I needed to get insurance before I could take it off the lot, so they called someone they knew and pushed this insurance company to me. I didnt know anything at the time since I just moved to USA so I said okay. But after seeing the coverage, it was so bad I knew I was being ripped off. I tried to go on their website or call them to get it cancelled but they just make you go in circles and then hangs up at rhe end after trying to reach their customer service. Do not get anything from ocean Harbour casualty insurance company.

It has been four months so far since we filed the claim. This company is scam. Please avoid at all costs. My grandmother was hit by someone with this insurance and they have been ignoring all of our calls and emails. Because both insurances determined that the other driver is at fault and they have to pay, we've heard nothing. If they do answer the phone, its only after hours on hold. Will pursue legal action.

Absolute scam company complete and total fraudsters. They will have you on hold for hours just to be absolutely useless once you finally get on the line. I was in a car accident that was found to be 100% the other persons fault, Ocean Harbor Casualty Group was my insurer BIG MISTAKE, despite the fact that I'm the victim in this scenario I was not at fault in the accident. Were going on a month and a half from the accident and I've never gotten a call back from Ocean harbor. After hours on hold "oh yeah we've approved those repairs on X date three weeks ago" never called me, never went ahead and sent that money to the facility where my vehicle has been sitting at despite them knowing its sitting there disabled needing repairs and having the collision centers contact information. The staff at the shop my vehicle is at have personally told me "oh yeah your insurance company sucks we don't ever do business with them they never answer the phone total waste of time and money" they weren't lying. Many other people have reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

So far, so good. I have this far paid 6 months up in advance. Every other insurance company wants at least $120 for PIP. When I first started with this company a year ago I paid a little over $800, I paid 6 months up in advance. When I renewed my policy 6 months later I paid for 6 months in advance again and it cost me just over $600. Now my policy for 6 months is at $419 if I pay for 6 months in advance. However, I am not capable of paying that amount up front but I can pay monthly and my monthly payments are now $74. It is nearly half of what most insurance companies want. Mind you, my vehicle is 16 years old and I paid 6 grand for it. I don’t want full coverage, due to the fact that it’s not worth the money. Would I get a new car fully covered under this insurance company, I would not, for the reviews aren’t the best. However, if you’ve got an older vehicle and you don’t want full coverage, I suggest you check this out. For I assure you, this is the cheapest I have personally come across. I have done a ton of research. Good luck! 😊 .

I had my police canceled with great difficulty, but they still did not cancel it. They say make your past payment immediately. Even saying it's a terrible company is too little, stay away. Free insurance, I won't get it again

Worst insurance company. No way of contacting them. There website has been down for months. Every time I call it’s always a hold and NEVER get to speak to anyone after days of calling. They are a scam and don’t help anybody! Do not get this insurance plan.

When I tell you run for life if you’re even thinking of using this insurance. Tell by the reviews in not sure how this is company is even allowed to operate. It is literally impossible to even get someone on the phone, get a call back, or file a claim. Most disgusting customer service I’ve ever seen. They’re a scam that should be shut down.

RUN AWAY from this insurance company at all costs! If the other person has this insurance you need to just PRAY for the next 24 hours/week/year. I was T boned at 5am by someone in Delray Beach running a red light. This awful insurance company took forever processing the claims and my vehicle sat in a garage collecting storage fees for months. No rental provided. *****DON'T PURCHASE THIS INSURANCE - YOU WILL SAVE YOURSELF LOTS OF HEADACHES WHEN YOU NEED THEM THE MOST****

The worst! I filed a claim and it’s been about a week still have not received a call from my claim adjuster . Every time I call I’m on hold for a long time trying to reach someone. But they are quick to collect your money !!! I will definitely be switching insurance after this !!
