I have been trying to talk to a live person at Peco for 3 days. Somehow without my knowledge someone changed my electric supplier from Peco to Indra energy without my consent or authorization. The letter was made from Peco on February 11 and I received it February 18th and the change went into effect on the 18th of February. Been on hold for 30 minutes each time trying to talk to someone to find out how this could happen which is illegal. Called 3 days in a row. These corporate people need to make it easier for people to get in contact with them to be able to address these illegal matters they allowed. If they don't want to answer I'll be calling a lawyer. The lights work, so that's cool. The byzantine billing process seems almost designed to wring extra charges and late fees out of the technologically inept and the working populace who doesn't have time to sort through a nigh-endless stream of error messages and (in)conveniently malfunctioning webpages. And hey, nice new logo, I guess.

Double billing, transfer billing, billing for accounts sent to collection and written off, services being improperly cut off, are all the my experiences I believe I've been a victim of. I believe it goes much deeper then just a billing mistake. I believe this is a planed systematic way of speeding generational and forcing people out of their homes and the area oeco services without competition. It's through our politicians sign and allowing all these taxes, fees, increases and unfair/unconstitutional billing on a group of people who are marginally poor, uneducated and prayed upon by big businesses, developers, investors, politicians, and outside Union workers. If it goes against the Philly charter and or the constitution and impedes our tights, liberties, and ability to do for family and self, it is unconstitutional. Philly pays more taxes than any other city in all of the united states period and we pay some of the highest because our medium income is so low comma only thirty five thousand dollars a year period meanwhile out of the forty 42 to 54 taxes i believe I can't, 11.Go to comma 2 to 4 go to Peco. We are being taxed out of the financial ability to have life and liberty, or an opportunity of an American life outside of Philadelphia property. Philly has been run by the Democratic Party.I believe comma for seventy four years and now we are the number one poorest city, but our politicians are the four pies paid and big businesses are getting richer

Absolutely terrible service. Agents intentionally hang up on customers to get them off the phones. This has happened twice in the last couple weeks.

Absolutely horrible service, online account has been down since February and they still have not fix it. The work around to pay the bill is use the system which charges 1.75 for debit and even e-check options. 1.75 may be small but when multiplied by the thousands of customers they are scamming customers out of money for a mistake they have not fixed. When you express this concern over the phone you are met with attitude by the agents.

Company intentionally left a customer on state assistance and with medically necessary equipment in the home (also including a support animal) without power by failing to post the payment to the account. When asked for a supervisor, all had left for the day and the emergency phone receptionists have no access for any assistance within the organization. We were told someone “should call back sometime tomorrow”.

I wish I could give PECO zero stars. I have been without power for 7 days now. Every single day I call them and they promise to send a technician out but have not. I've been missing work. I have wires that are cut that I or anyone else have not been able to know if they're live. 7 days. Hours on hold. Today after calling at 9AM and speaking to them - being told their technicians could be there anytime before 7PM - I called again at 4PM to check the status. Only to be told the technicians were done for the day. This. Is. Unacceptable.

Peco is absolutely the most incompetent electricity provider in the USA. Any small storm knocks out the electric service for days. When the power goes out there are thousands of generators in my neighborhood that start up. It sounds like a 3rd world country. They clearly have a bloated staff and management that do zero to ensure the electric service. Due to the frequent power surges many computers and electronic equipment, including, recently, my furnace have been turned into so much junk

Been without power for over a week. Supervisors refuse to call back. On hold for hours. This company is an absolute joke, and the CEO should be ashamed with how their business is handled.

A PECO employee scammed me and they keep putting the investigation off. They send me 2 bills with different account numbers and were supposed to give me a payment plan after their employee scammed me but never followed through. Now they're talking about I got a 10 day notice, lies. I've received no such letter except for the call, 8 days before shut-off for a bill I've been trying to pay.
