I came back to pick up my clothes and cash out. The male cashier was very rude and made me wait to pick up my clothes which should have taken less than a minute. He was letting everyone else go ahead of me and made me wait which was very weird and unprofessional. Not sure if it was because i am a person of color but that what it felt like. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
Save your time. Questionable is an understatement of my experience. I generally have good experiences with Plato's, but not this location. My bag was taken, with 3 sellers ahead of me. I left and was texted within 15 minutes to pick up my bag. The clothes were truly just unfolded and put back in, along with several items missing. I was told that no items would be purchased because "inventory was totally full" (along with an obvious denial of missing items). While I know this is untrue due to the person in front of me having sold over 10 items, it would have been appreciated to be told upfront if your staff was no longer accepting consignments, and to go home with everything I arrived with if no offer was made.
Will not be visiting this location moving forward. I came into sell items, in which the 1st employee I encounter was nice, the rest of the staff at this location was rude and inconsiderate. While waiting for my items, I looked/starting shopping their selection. I over heard the girl that was sorting thru my items, make remarks towards another employee about how do people bring in items like this. Everything in my box was neatly folded, freshly washed and presentable. I did not receive my box back in the same condition. She just picked everything back up and threw into the box. When it came time to check out, the young girl had an attitude as soon as I came to the counter. Showed me the items that were going to be purchased and then I presented the items I wanted to buy. I had a few items I had decided I didn’t want while waiting in line. I asked her if I could hand her the items or if there was a place I could hang them , she stated, no but now I have to sort them out, and left me at the counter waiting for a few minutes. Also the location, has been over crowded and dirty.
The workers here are great! Very positive, upbeat and friendly. They frequently walk around the shop asking if you’d like them to hold your items while shopping. The store is always organized and clean. This is the best Plato’s closet to shop at in my opinion!
This place is awesome! They always have the best items from the best brands like Lululemon, Free People and Athleta. The staff and management are all absolutely great! The selling process is super easy and convenient, the same day aspect makes it super quick to get some extra cash! The floor always has something new featured and they put out new items constantly so there is always something new to find, the quality of the items they buy is also impressive!!!! The staff is also super bubbly and fun, they even go out of their way to find items they thing would work for you!!! Highly recommend ❤️
Pleasant experience and friendly gals working the counter. I brought in a lot of jeans and they took most of them. I cleared out some space in my closet and got some spending money in the process. I am a bit shocked at some of the reviews on here, but hey some people expect to get top dollar for clothing that is not in style. Let's not forget that Plato's is a business and as such they decide what will turn profit.
I’m a Plato’s closet addict and have been to almost every single one in the state. But this Plato’s closet is by far my favorite one to shop at. From my multiple times shopping here I’ve never had a bad experience. Also, the employee there named Jolie is phenomenal. Absolutely phenomenal. That girl deserves to be paid top dollar for how amazing she is at her job.
Love this place! They always have such cute clothes with affordable prices
I’m finding it hard to find clothes in normal stores then I found this place. Finally I found the striped long, flowy jacket/cardigan that I’ve been looking for. The staff here are very nice. They let you know what they are currently buying and they have an awesome selection of slightly used clothes. I found this place today. Yay!
Love this location! My two daughters shop here all the time! Staff is awesome as always. Clean and friendly. Teresa is one of the owners I used to work for her years ago at Charlotte Russe she’s awesome
