unfortunately i went 2 times and both times turned away without even looking at my (which i later sold to a different store for over 100$). First time as i walked in both employees basically stopped me at the door and said "we are out of cash, we cant buy anything" Im like, ok, ill wait a couple days. So i did and when i returned again, different employee but similar story "sorry we cant buy today, our computer is updating" This is a business right, that buys things as part of the business model? Have some damn money on hand and do your "updates" at night, not while losing business....forever.

Took a basket of neatly folded clothes and a few pairs of shoes, turns out they didn’t even look at any of them because it was all folded exactly the same way and was not moved and completely untouched and exact order of when I brought it in, tags set in the same places as well so I KNOW it was not looked through. If you are not willing to look through items don’t waste peoples time saying you will, I waited almost an hour for them to take nothing (Because they looked at NOTHING). Will never in my life be back. Horrible service, when you walk in they’re gathered together talking you know like typical of children and it seems like an inconvenience that you even stepped foot in the door. Horrible business, horrible staff. Hope the doors close.

Today I had a great customer experience with Joelle. She was an amazing lady — very patient, kind, and she explained everything clearly to me. She took the time to carefully go through every single item in my bag, and I really appreciated that. Sometimes people rush through things without much patience, but she truly did an outstanding job. If I could give her 100 stars, I would, but she definitely deserves 5 stars!

Awful! Clothes are very used, I can find better ones in better condition at the thrift store! Also, rude costumer service. Never going back again!

It would be nice if they stopped advertising their brand name drops as coupons... It's very misleading and preventing me from wanting to go back and stop their again

Great selection of items and crazy sauce sales all the time! The staff is super helpful and very friendly. I was able to find some cute summer shorts for way reasonable prices. They're return policy is 7 days with tags intact with the receipt.

They keep getting worse with accepting clothes. Most of the clothes I got from this exact location or another one a year ago they just no longer fit me. I was told they're trying to reach a certain demographic of younger 20yr olds and I had mainly formal wear even though I had a bunch of jean shorts and tops that I got within a year or so that arent formal, I guess at 27 my fashion taste is old and no longer within their demographic. It's back to school so they're busy but it took over 1.5hrs to tell me they won't take a single item from the bag I brought. Everyone is super friendly and on top of things but they're focused on promoting only what they want to sell for lulu Lemon event and I had 3 people tell me the same thing about it. They'll have items on racks that are stained and flaking but all Plato locations have been like this for a while. I just wish something would change to make the process easier. The co-owner's responses to any negative reviews aren't professional either, basically just gaslighting people calling them emotional for their reviews. Multiple people say the same thing for a reason, all the co owner can think of to respond is insult people.

This place has really nice stuff and cute clothes but they put the price tags through the front of the clothes. I got two tank tops and both had holes because of the tags ): please put them through the inner tag so it doesn’t make a hole..
