So I go to this location pretty often, I always end up finding something. Besides that, I was in last Saturday, it was really busy. There was a newer worker, her name was Vanessa/Valerie? Something like that. The store manager had her at the fitting rooms where it was extremely busy and telling her to do like 10 different things. Being in the new girls situation in the past, that’s a very overwhelming situation and it could’ve been handled a lot better. There was a wait list for the fitting room, the “no’s” were hanging over the door and a pile of clothing on the table for her to put away as well. The manager was expecting her to do all of this by herself. I could tell the girl was stressed and the manager was not helping. Any other time I come to this store, it’s fine with the employees but I just felt bad for the girl having to handle the overwhelming situation at the fitting rooms. The manager was giving her advice but she was giving her way too much info to follow. If their going to do that, they should atleast have someone helping her through that process, she’s not going to learn if you throw her in a situation like that. Just a little outside perspective. Other then witnessing this, this store has great clothes and most of the employees are friendly, always say hi.

This store is pretty hit or miss on selling clothes. However, the employees and managers have no regard for respecting your clothing. The policy is to bring in items clean and folded yet every time I get my clothes back they are wrinkled and shoved back in to the bag. A couple months back I was told I had to wait in the store because the sell would only take a few minutes. I ended up having to stay for over an hour with no apology or regard for my time.

I came back to pick up my clothes and cash out. The male cashier was very rude and made me wait to pick up my clothes which should have taken less than a minute. He was letting everyone else go ahead of me and made me wait which was very weird and unprofessional. Not sure if it was because i am a person of color but that what it felt like. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

This used to be my favorite store to come to, always nice and I always find good deals, but today was the first time I needed to return something and the MANAGER who did my return was so rude and disrespectful, I love shopping and selling to this location but after today I’ll be taking my business elsewhere! I was nothing but nice I guess that’s not good enough else I’m spending money. She doesn’t know how my morning was going and I don’t know how her morning was going but we should AT THE LEAST be respectful towards each other. So disappointing.

I haven't had such great customer seevice at any other clothing retail store before ever, especially in the Lone Tree area. The employees are always all so happy and helpful and noninvasive. I haven't had anything except wonderful experiences here. The clothes are generally under $10 each. They are of phenomenal quality and have little to no wear, some even still have tags. This store is perfect for teens and young adults on a budget. I am 23 and still shop here. I go here especially for jeans. But I always find shirts and cardigans and shoes and other clothing every single time I stop in here.

I tried with 4 bags of clothing full of Nike, free people, adidas, lulus, etc and they didn’t accept one piece of clothing. Also smells like feet in there. But I definitely wouldn’t waste your time waiting to sell any clothing in there. Probably better to donate honestly.

Save your time. Questionable is an understatement of my experience. I generally have good experiences with Plato's, but not this location. My bag was taken, with 3 sellers ahead of me. I left and was texted within 15 minutes to pick up my bag. The clothes were truly just unfolded and put back in, along with several items missing. I was told that no items would be purchased because "inventory was totally full" (along with an obvious denial of missing items). While I know this is untrue due to the person in front of me having sold over 10 items, it would have been appreciated to be told upfront if your staff was no longer accepting consignments, and to go home with everything I arrived with if no offer was made.

Will not be visiting this location moving forward. I came into sell items, in which the 1st employee I encounter was nice, the rest of the staff at this location was rude and inconsiderate. While waiting for my items, I looked/starting shopping their selection. I over heard the girl that was sorting thru my items, make remarks towards another employee about how do people bring in items like this. Everything in my box was neatly folded, freshly washed and presentable. I did not receive my box back in the same condition. She just picked everything back up and threw into the box. When it came time to check out, the young girl had an attitude as soon as I came to the counter. Showed me the items that were going to be purchased and then I presented the items I wanted to buy. I had a few items I had decided I didn’t want while waiting in line. I asked her if I could hand her the items or if there was a place I could hang them , she stated, no but now I have to sort them out, and left me at the counter waiting for a few minutes. Also the location, has been over crowded and dirty.

The workers here are great! Very positive, upbeat and friendly. They frequently walk around the shop asking if you’d like them to hold your items while shopping. The store is always organized and clean. This is the best Plato’s closet to shop at in my opinion!

This place is awesome! They always have the best items from the best brands like Lululemon, Free People and Athleta. The staff and management are all absolutely great! The selling process is super easy and convenient, the same day aspect makes it super quick to get some extra cash! The floor always has something new featured and they put out new items constantly so there is always something new to find, the quality of the items they buy is also impressive!!!! The staff is also super bubbly and fun, they even go out of their way to find items they thing would work for you!!! Highly recommend ❤️
