Great service, I wish I had gotten the young ladies name but everyone there was very polite and helpful. 10/10 would recommend. Got a brand new ugg jacket for a steal of a price!
They should really just shut down the sell service for a while. I brought in a basket full of new Aritzia clothes and they didn’t buy anything due to being overstocked already. Waste of time.
I love shopping at this Plato‘s closet! But I do wish that there was more to watch on TikTok. I love watching the buy with me tiktok’s from other plato’s and wish this store did the same so I would know what new things are bought in and what they are taking. As a teen i know me and my friends would love to watch these videos and come in more often if we knew the super cute things that were bought in. I always wanna fly to plato’s closet libertyville because of seeing how much cute things were bought in. It would be so fun to be able to come to my very own trending plato’s closet!
Clothes are hit or miss. The wait is absurd, and customer service is pretty awful. Other Platos, you feel welcomed, not profiled. The amount of rules here! ... these clothes you can try on, these clothes you can't, restrooms are "broken", its like they don't want my money.
Pretty decent store. Clothes are hit or miss. They NEVER take my clothes as they are “out of style”, even though they claim they take clothes for all seasons. The worst part of the store is the LONG WAIT for floor salespeople to take the clothes you throw over the door. I’m currently in the dressing room and I have been waiting 10 min for someone to switch out my clothes. Just be aware of this!!
This is actually a consignment store to avoid. I have sold to them numerous amounts of time and they sell things they usually don’t buy back which is interesting to say the least. Last time I went I took high end clothing brands like Lululemon and for one jacket (mint condition might I add) they only gave me $12 for. I am incredibly disappointed although I understand that they live on reselling but that is astonishing that a $128 jacket in mint condition couldn’t be given a higher tag. The girls are usually nice in there but last few times I’ve gone in they are just screwing around and not paying attention to any customers around them. Not coming back sorry Plato’s
never had a good experience at plato’s closet. employees never seem to be kind and always are sassy. i understand they buy at discounted prices but they offered me $10 for a $90 jacket that was brand new with tags. go sell your stuff on depop or facebook market place!!
I've been to every Plato's Closet in Co and this by far my favorite store! Not only do they have awesome clothes to choose from, but the staff is also incredible. They are kind, polite, and very helpful! They have always been friendly every time I have came in. I could drive to Greeley, which is much closer to me, but I would much rather drive almost 3 hours to this store because it is so awesome. Thank you plato's closet lone tree!
Terrible experience. Went in to sell clothes at around 3:30pm on a Tuesday afternoon. There was no one in line ahead of me to sell clothes, nor were there many customers in the store. It took over an hour for them to complete the buy, at which point they finally texted me and realized they hadn’t put any of it into their system. I then had to wait for them to do it again. Afterwards, I asked them to donate the rest of the clothes as they’ve done many times before, and they said they didn’t have room even though it wasn’t crowded. I worked at another Plato’s Closet location and this is not the standard we are taught.
I hope no guys read this review. “Our men’s section is beautiful,” the cashier told me. And right she be. It’s like a best kept secret. I grabbed several finds and put back many more others would fancy. Not to mention, their prices are very doable. The only thing which makes me sad is how boys do not often sell with this location, so the stock doesn’t turnover frequently. Still, probably one of the best Plato’s Closets I have encountered.
