Finally have time to make a full review. Wasn't too comfortable eating as mask mandate was not fully enforced and there is always a line!! I feel a little sick thinking about all the germs in that situation. Improve this.
wow... gotta give it 5 stars. Great Sandwiches. Honestly it is hard to believe this is a chain. I had the A-Wreck and it was honestly so good. You have to go here. It is one of the only AFFORDABLE but still good cuisine down in the Plaza. Also great atmosphere. I recommend
If I could give zero stars I would, staff had no idea about our order. Missing soups and drinks, then being rude when I corrected them. Overall just unpleasant and unprofessional, including the management. Walking around with AirPods I’m not being able to hear customers or co workers. Sitting in the lobby on the phone while customers were present. Plus food was below satisfactory.
I was taking my dog granddaughters to the gold Olympics championships for the national trials in Kansas City that was at the Sprint Center this year we haven't just go down to the Country Club Plaza to do a little shopping and get some lunch before the competition started my granddaughters and I just decided to go in there so I'll get something to drink a little snack Potbelly Sandwich delivered it was great and they have a selection of potato chips that you will find nowhere else ever I had these New Orleans to Mesquite BBQ chips I'm not even a barbecue chip fan but man I just ate these things up I love them the girls baked potato chips and then they have less sodium and less salt on them than regular chips plus they were wholesome it was a good snack before we went there to the Sprint Center enjoyed it thoroughly fast friendly service take the time if you're in the Country Club Plaza area stop and have a sandwich chips whatever and just sit down and relax for a few minutes you'll enjoy the atmosphere it is on Broadway like I said in the Country Club Plaza plenty of cute little shops to go to right across the street enjoy the shopping as well! Girls had a blast.
The dude with the beard that worked the closing shift on Sunday is awesome and made my day better. Also threw in some free cookies because they were out of meatballs for the sub I wanted. Should’ve grabbed his name but he was awesome
I loved this place! First time here, but won't be my last. I loved the multi-grain bread, nice and crusty. The peppers gave such a great kick and flavor. I got the Italian, highly recommend.
This place is amazing! The delivery guy never showed up, but the manager handled it really well. She gave us a refund and was very nice about everything. The staff and food are great, would definitely recommend.
So yummy. Potbelly tastes SO good with so many options. The service is fast and kind. The music is nice, and the fun-atmosphere is appealing. Definitely a place to people watch and be seen feeling good. Spicy peppers, hot sauce, toasted sandwiches, delicious milk shakes, and fresh-baked cookies. It's my favorite place to eat on the Plaza. Check it out.
Their pick a pair deal is bomb. I got a half pizza sandwich and half a salad and they were both very filling portions! Plus add a short shake and chips for a couple bucks extra. A great meal deal for around 10 bucks. Friendly staff too!
Had a wreck and a small farmhouse salad. Both were damn good. Had it delivered so can't really say anything about the service or atmosphere.
