Potbelly

The sandwiches are okay. The dining area was a mess with every table needing to be wiped down and food all over the floor. The bathroom had no toilet paper and the trash can was overflowing.

Staff were not friendly and treated me rather dismissively. When they made a mistake on my order, they were short with me before remaking the sandwich and basically tossing it at me with an insincere apology. Management doesn't seem to care to respond to feedback or improve. I've consistently received poor service here. Edit to add: I sent an email as asked by the owner in their response to this review. I never heard anything back. This just supports my observation that the management doesn't really care about feedback or want to improve.

The chips were good. One sandwich was inedible. The other two were fine. Kid's cookie was left out. Poor kid. Shake must have been made before we got there. It was liquid, save the ice at the bottom. They hadn't even looked at our food order by the time we arrived and it was another 15 minutes before they got to it. Then part of it was inexcusably wrong, though that wasn't discovered until we got home. Now we recall why we don't eat at Potbelly. Hopefully we'll remember next time we're looking for a sandwich.

I come here once a week. Matt and Drake take excellent care of me every time. Drake was so friendly and energetic during my visit. Thank you!

I arrived to pick up my door dash order. I was told it would be a few minutes. As I waited I had time to look around and see they were eating before I came in, no problem except, they never washed their hands nor change their gloves. About 5 minutes after arriving another customer came in. She had to wait a few minutes before the ladies greeted her. She got her sandwich before I got my 2 sandwiches that I have to deliver in a timely manner. I would not suggest anyone ordering from them. She had her gloves on leaning on the cutting board scratching her nose! No washing hands no change of gloves...

Had a very unpleasant experience this past weekend. We were checking out with the women who had made one of our sandwiches, when the gentlemen who had made the other interrupted and was nice enough to let us know he forgot the bacon on the meatball sub. The women proceeded to tell me it was going to ask for a tip on the screen and then just walked away and never gave me a receipt or concluded checking me out. After a minute or two she came back with the bacon wrapped up and holding it from the top, she placed it in my palm. It was so hot I dropped it. She apologized and grabbed a cup to place it in but c’mon, we go there almost 2-4 times a month, I most likely won’t go back after this service. Very disappointing, do better.

Rick, Shae and Harlen made the hands down best sandwich I have had in a very long time. Definitely something to write about. And fast jimmy johns ain't got nothing on them when it comes to speed. Very rarely do you find great food with great service in such a timely fashion.

This review is based on three separate visits to this location. I gave this place 2 stars because the food was delicious, but everything else about this location says 1 star. The first time we ate there the woman working forgot to make my wife's sandwich. After 10 mins we asked about it and she had "forgotten". She never apologized. The second time they forgot to add my drink to my mobile pickup. This most recent time for my mobile order they forgot to cut my sandwich in half, gave me the wrong drink, and barely added mayo to my sandwich. My order was also late. I'm guessing they got the order so wrong because of the 2 employees working the one making all the mobile orders had earbuds in. I'm extremely disappointed with the service at this location and will choose to find somewhere less convenient for the sake of good service.

I love their food but damn I wish the workers cared a little more. Every single time I order from them, they mess up the order. Every single time. It’s to the point that I just might give up trying to eat/order from here again. Someone needs to start paying more attention to online orders and make sure people get what they ACTUALLY ordered, not just whatever food they want. All I wanted was some chicken pot pie soup so bad 😭 and I was sent a sugar cookie…

We had ordered today through the potbelly website for delivery. However we suddenly get a text from DoorDash that order has been cancelled & contact potbelly. Upon calling them the manager on duty said we ordered from DoorDash that’s what shows on her screen . she told us we will have to go & pick up food & pay again $42.13 . & kept saying that we ordered through door dash & not their fault & told us to contact DoorDash . Hello … My card clearly shows money has been charged by potbelly & not DoorDash . Probably someone stole food . Eventually they reordered food without charging & we had to go & pick up . Sandwiches were hard, little burnt . I will Never order online & never step in here , even though they fixed problem after arguments . Finally they refunded . Thank you
