Potbelly

I already knew what to expect when I went to the Potbelly Sandwich Shop because I had perused their menu online. I thought it all seemed like a good deal and pretty cheap. My bf got the Grilled Chicken and Cheddar (which is apparently new) and I got the Pizza Sandwich, both on wheat. The sandwiches themselves are on the small side (which is why they're very cheap!) but they are very good nonetheless. According to my bf his sandwich was very good, I got mine with lettuce, tomato, and hot peppers, fully expecting the "hot" peppers to be banana peppers or something. Their hot peppers are actually on the "hot" side and they are what made my sandwich go the extra mile. Their sandwiches are very good, but their shakes are awesome! My bf is a vanilla shake connoisseur (he has has A LOT of vanilla shakes throughout the years) and he was saying that his vanilla shake was one of the best shakes he's had in a while (which is saying something I think!). I got the Oreo shake which was also very good, and 10000 times better than the Jack in the Box ones. They both come with tiny little flower crackers stuck on the straw (you can eat them). All in all it was great, two sandwiches and two shakes was $17, and I think that's a very good deal :)

I had the Italian Reuben sandwich. It was really tasty although for the price I thought it was a bit small. Environment was good and clean, after all it is the Plaza. I reserve five star reviews for outstanding over-&-above Services or products so don't let the four star ratings here dissuade you. The food was tasty and ingrediants fresh. The staff Was better than average and appeared to care about their interactions and service for the customers. Maybe a little Tracy for the serving size, fairly comparable to Firehouse Subs except Firehouse isn't shy about loading up a sandwich.

4/5 stars, food is always good but I usually order delivery and that has been a pain. If Potbelly actually handled the deliveries themselves I’m sure it wouldn’t be as bad, but DoorDash delivers the orders placed through Potbelly’s own app and 90% of the time it’s missing something or it just doesn’t show up. TJ, Rick, and Sean have all been helpful getting orders replaced when I call in, but the weight of those failed orders falls 100% on Door Dash and not them.

Ordered for delivery for a business meeting the next day. Food never arrived. I called the store and they said someone would need to pick it up because they didn't have delivery drivers today. No one contacted us to let us know.

I’ve worked in food so I understand things get busy but I’ve never seen a staff move so slow. When things are busy and you have a lobby full of people you pick it up a little. I mean I was in shock at how slow these people were moving. You would think there’s no wait at all. I had an online order and waited over 30 minutes. They were having the people who came in to order orders ready way before mine and I had placed mine 30 minutes earlier. If you have somewhere to be literally do not waste your time. As much as I love Potbelly the service has killed it for me. Please do something about your staff because it will kill your business.

The employees here are great! I was missing an item from a delivery and they went above and beyond to either refund me for the item or still deliver what was missing at no extra cost. The food is obviously great, but Shaun and Rick make the experience even better!

First time to eat at Potbelly . I’m visiting from NYC. Menu board is time consuming to navigate . Got a stiff neck looking up. Too much time repeating my orders to the two staff serving that time. But just to be sure that I get my orders correct I was patient enough to repeat it to the Second Lady. Who brushed me off and said “no need to say it all again “. And voila she got it wrong. And I went out minus one order of a take out sandwich intended for my friend. There is a need to evaluate and improve the system at this restaurant .

Love the Mac and cheese. My favorite sandwich is the Chicken Club but the Meatball is a strong second. Those meatballs are so flavorful! Every soup I have tried tasted so fresh!. Love this place.

Amazing food and soups but the best part is the customer service they have now. Very impressive. The young woman named Percilla is always in a good mood and happy to see you. Good job management and give that girl a raise!!

Super friendly staff, and they went out of their way to do something special and unexpected for out party. Very memorable, it was so wonderful. Best sandwich joint on earth!
