Potbelly sandwich shop was a good experience. They have a variety of sub sandwiches and the even offer shakes and smoothies. I enjoyed the prime rib sub, with the horseradish sauce. Overall good experience will stop by again.

My husband and I went in to this location yesterday (07/02/25) around 05:30pm. All of the staff was extremely friendly and the food was amazing per usual. We just moved to the area and the staff seemed genuinely interested in our experience and provided a lot of suggestions for things to do in the area. Our card also had an issue going through and they were very apologetic about the experience and provided great customer service. Kudos to the staff that were working last night!
Normally we love it here- but we doordashed from here tonight and … yall… why was my sandwich burnt, missing cheese, and they gave me ONEEE slice of cucumber just pissed me off :( as someone who works in a place that does doordash, it shouldn’t be difficult or inconvenient to replicate quality.
I wish I could say that this place was at least ok, most sandwich places are at least that. Should be an easy thing to run but I get it's hard to find good help these days. The sandwiches were very very small I had half a slice of turkey on my sandwich there was no condiments For $50 a full slice of turkey would have been nice, the cookies were old very chewy and hard. The vitamin water drink was good though lol.

stopped in for a sandwich and then went back for another one for my gf, everything was great. new prime rib steak sandwich was pretty good. everyone there was fantastic, had a great conversation with a few of the people behind the counter. I rarely leave reviews but it was worth mentioning .
I ordered from here for the first time today and it was really great! I placed my order online for pickup and it was ready when I walked over. The guys working greeted everyone when they came in the door and seemed to enjoying their jobs. The food hit the spot on a winter day, hot soup and sandwich!
I absolutely LOVE this place. I’ve tried sooo many sandwich shops and nothing compares! Whenever I travel to Kansas City I make it a point to come here, and this specific location. The manager Matthew is one of the nicest people ever! It’s been great to build a genuine connection over time when I travel back home for the holidays. Sandwiches are wonderful, service is wonderful, and Matthew is great😄
I did a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 12:26. I got asked right away if I was waiting for an order and let them know the name. Then he said it should be right out. 25 minutes later of waiting I was handed my order at 12:51. I could have stood and line and ordered faster than they made my online order that should have been ready when I got there. I shouldn’t have to wait so long for a mobile order. I would steer clear of the lunch rush on a Friday.
