Ordered online for pickup, gentleman working the pickup orders was attentive and kind. However a young lady who was not only on her phone but on a actual face time call, not only said she couldn't find the order while she was taking our bag to the pickup and when asked if it was my order she literally said NO! The Geblman actually doing his job and not on a FaceTime call while on the clock did due diligence and retrieved our order she said was not ours so we could be on our way. Then to my dismay, we got the wrong desert and our sandwich was not made the way we asked and paid for in the app. Thank you to the gentleman but do better to the unprofessional young lady who thinks facetiming on the clock while being paid is cute or will sustain her.

I was really looking forward to my delivery but since yall don’t wear hairnets, I just got a refund and ordered somewhere else. This would’ve been my first time ever eating here and I’m really not sure if I’d try again. (That is a black/brown hair, I dye mine red)

Had to wait 30 minutes for a meatball sandwich that was the blandest soggiest sad little sandwich ever... All while sitting in the smokey atmosphere of burned toast. Avoid

First time having Potbelly. Ordered the Italian, was really good. Peppers had the right amount of spice. The staff was friendly. Nice reprieve on a hot day.

I overpaid for this so called “Avo Turkey” that doesn’t even have avocado on it. Poor quality today for sure. Very disappointing. I’ll never do an online pickup order again. I wouldn’t mind the wait if I knew my order was going to be correct. Potbelly has delicious food, I also understand the need for employees.

I ordered ahead using the app and everything was correct and ready on time. In addition to a nice atmosphere inside, there’s a patio outside that looks nice for good weather times and gives the Plaza vibe.

Super friendly staff. Food's really good. Place is clean. Would recommend listening to the staff when they recommend not getting extra hot peppers though added on.

I liked the atmosphere. There were 3 sandwich makers. The 1st gentleman was good. The 2nd maker lady was ok, the 3rd, the cashier was indifferent and the 2nd cashier was on her phone and didn't engage me and my wife at all. We ordered 2 Avo Turkey sandwiches. The sandwiches were delicious. I noticed most of the tables had crumbs on them so I had to use napkins to clean a table for me and my wife to eat.

I understand things happen, but the fact that my sandwich comes with mold is not ok! Of course this order was take out, so I did not see it until I got home. With only 20 minutes until they close, there was no way for me to make it there before then. I called numerous times and nobody answers the phone. I guess if you're in the mood to spend your money on mold covered sandwiches... this might be your go to. ***To add - I received a call after complaint made by email and told manager would contact me the following day. I never received call. I called them and was told again the manager would call me shortly. Here we are 4 days later and no follow up......

I was waiting for my order when I asked to use the restorative which was locked. The guy told me to wait because he needed to walk over and let me in. I waited 10 mins or so. Finally he came over and he put a code to let me in I understood because it was sort of busy. But this is what I don’t understand. After using the restroom I was still waiting for my order. A minute later a white man goes to the restroom. They verbally gave him the code so he can left himself in and he waited just 15 seconds. I will never go back to a business that treats people differently.
