Great communication for transporting our car across the border from Boston to Toronto! Pick up was on time and delivery was within the projected time frame. We appreciated the instructions for getting our car through customs (they had us fill out the paperwork ahead of time) and several status updates as our car was in transit. The car arrived safely without damage. All-in-all a very smooth, trouble-free experience! Thanks!

I am writing regarding my recent relocation from Utah to Pennsylvania. NEVER EVER work with Reindeer Auto Relocation company. My new car was delivered after two weeks in the middle of a highway at night. A day after I noticed a big dent on the roof and I immediately contacted the company and explained the situation. They asked me to fill out the claim form and send them pictures. A few days later they denied the claim and told me you had reported dent on the hood not roof! I talked to several of their managers and staff but nobody takes the responsibility. I paid $2500 out of my pocket to repair my new car! Even 1 star is more than what this company deserves.

We were happy with the car relocation from CT to AZ. There were no problems while the car was picked up at our place... or when the car was delivered to us. There was no damage to the car and everything was fine. Even the delivery was done within a week, which was very surprising..because our household goods haven't yet arrived :(. we are very happy with Reindeer.. :-)

This is my second experience with this company to ship my car. First time was from TX to NY, and it was a wonderful smooth experience. However, for the recent one depicturing from NY, the coordinator was rude and impatient. He always carries a bad, impatient, and rude attitude in emails. I don't recommend to use them in future. Moving is a hassle already, and we shouldn't be suffering their bad attitude as their customer.

Absolutely irresponsible service. Zero communication once the order is placed. No guaranteed window or ETA on vehicle delivery. Very disappointed with the service. Update: My vehicle has not arrived yet, but Reindeer Auto has stepped up and started communicating. I understand and considerate about delays caused, my biggest disappointment was with lack of communication and leaving customer hanging for upto week without update. I have changed my review/rating to reflect same.

First off, I’d like to say a special and big thank you to Shawn Smith for her excellent customer service, for her attentiveness, and constantly keeping me in the loop about what was going on, any delays, etc. I’m so happy with the service that was given to me, my car even arrived earlier than I expected! I would recommend Reindeer to anyone trying to get their car from one place to another, especially if it’s cross-country. Amazing and so pleasant!

I was a little scared by the previous reviews, but didn't have much choice since my move was arranged by the company that hired me. However, I did not have any problems with Reindeer at all. They followed up with me before my cars were loaded and during the time they were in transit. I felt like I was informed throughout the process. The driver called me the day before delivery, as promised, and we agreed to a 2 hour window when he would arrive. He arrived promptly the next day at the beginning of the 2 hour window and was even courteous enough to wait 30 minutes for me to get across town to meet him without complaining. Although a little dirtier, the cars arrived in the same condition as we shipped them.

The customer service was great. They were very good about proactive contact and quick follow up. I would have given 5 stars, but the driver made me meet him at a supermarket. This was a little frustrating since he could have easily dropped the car in front of my apartment community. The car arrived in fine condition with no damage and no significant mileage difference.

I had a great experience with my car move. My car was shipped and delivered across multiple states in under 30hours. The driver was exceptional in keeping me informed on my delivery status. Overall, I had no complaints about this company and was blown by their high service levels.

Do NOT book through Reindeer Auto if you have any sense. The communication was terrible from the start. I kept getting update calls that I would receive the car on the last day of the pickup window. I had made plans but the car never came... they said they never even booked a carrier... on the last day of the delivery window?! How do you not book a carrier when they’ve been giving me updates on the car. They gave me a rental car and said the delivery will occur July 6, which is fine, it is what it is. but then on JULY 4, the carrier said that they were going to stop by to drop off the car. it was a holiday so we had no idea where to put the car in storage and what to do since Reindeer’s office was closed for the day. I had to cancel arrangements to be here for when the car came and RUSH back to my drop off location. This was an incredibly overpriced, TERRIBLE experience, and I’d much rather just drive the 30 hours instead of getting my car relocated with Reindeer. And when I emailed (very nicely!!!) regarding the situation, I would get response emails that addressed none of my questions... I’m just so over it, I should’ve trusted the other reviews. 0/10 recommend.
