After my experience with this company I will say it is AMAZING! Ability to cover their own faults, speedy rejection of claims, and condescending claims group! They had everything you would want when it comes to a auto moving company. Would not recommend after my experience with their group and have actively been advising my company to not use them as a resource.

I would not recommend this company to a friend, but here’s why: First of Ms Maguire was very pleasant to work with and genuinely tried to provide quality service, unfortunately the actual vehicle transport experience was extremely disappointing. Our vehicles were scheduled for pickup between 9-5PM. They were not picked up until 9:30 PM. Earlier that day, the driver called and said, “I see you have three cars in your order — I can only pick up two.” When I asked what the solution was, given that the order clearly included three vehicles, the response was essentially, “I don’t really know.” That is not something a paying customer should have to solve. After multiple phone calls and acting as the middleman myself to coordinate logistics (despite paying this company to manage exactly that), the vehicles were eventually picked up late that evening. While in transit, we were given access to a driver tracking app (which was nice) that showed the route and provided a specific delivery date. We confirmed that delivery date with the driver and with reindeer. Two days before that confirmed date, we received a call saying the vehicles would arrive that night and asking if we could accept a late drop-off? We had planned our cross-country drive based on the originally provided date. When we explained we could not receive them early due to their own stated timeline, we were told the vehicles would be placed in storage at an additional ~ $200 per day. Only after escalating the issue was the storage fee waived. Unfortunately, the worst part came at delivery. During unloading, the driver damaged the engine oil reservoir on one of our cars, rendering it completely undrivable due to no oil. The vehicle had to be reloaded onto the truck and taken for repairs. We were left without that vehicle for three days and had to deal directly with the claims department. At no point was a rental vehicle offered or any proactive support provided. Not even an estimate when we’d have our vehicle back. Overall, I cannot recommend this company. The service was subpar, the coordination was poor, communication was decent, but ultimately should not have even been necessary…. and the damage to our vehicle was unacceptable. For the price paid, customers deserve reliable scheduling, professional drivers, and accountability when things go wrong. I would strongly suggest the company invest in better driver vetting and more accurate delivery coordination before taking on additional customers.

Do not use Reindeer for international vehicle shipment. While their staff is polite via email, the operational reality is a disaster. My experience shipping a vehicle from the USA to Japan was defined by incompetence. Pickup Failure: The vehicle was picked up two weeks late, forcing family members to manage the process after we left the country. Extreme Transit Delays: The total transit time was eight months. One month to go from Utah to the east coast (yes, to reach Japan, the vehicle was shipped from Utah to the east to then go west). Grossly Inaccurate Quote: This is the most critical failure. Reindeer's cost estimate omitted the mandatory Japanese import compliance fees. This was not a small error; it was a nearly $10,000 omission that I was forced to pay out-of-pocket because my company, rightly, would not cover costs that were outside of the approved quote. Reindeer's failure to provide an accurate, inclusive quote demonstrates a fundamental lack of expertise in the very service they sell. Their logistical performance was abysmal.

The whole process was painless and professional. I have nothing but great things to say about Reindeer. I didn't have to wait for my vehicle at all. The way they scheduled everything, I had my car the night I arrived at my destination. Great job!!

I had an outstanding experience with Reindeer Auto Relocation from start to finish. The entire team was incredibly professional, responsive, and easy to work with, and their quick communication made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Every detail was handled with care, and the execution was absolutely flawless. A special thank-you to Joshua Stout, who did a fantastic job—he was attentive, helpful, and clearly committed to delivering top-tier service. It’s rare to find a company that combines efficiency, professionalism, and genuine customer care so well. My initial conversations with Matt Milam and the people who came to pick up my cars were great. That's where the good ended. I got to my destination and kept being told my car would be delivered next day. Come to find out, my car was crashed in the parking lot of the local tow yard which explains why it kept not getting delivered. We then find out my car is totaled. The insurance company used has been an absolute pain to deal with and Reindeer Auto has been very unhelpful throughout the process. If you can use a different company other than Reindeer, I highly recommend it. NOTE: Reindeer is not who damaged my car, but the local company that they use to actually bring my car to me. I feel based on this, they should be my liaison to ensure I am taken care of properly since it was the company that they hired that totaled my car.

First of all, I never take the time to write reviews but this one, honestly deserved it. When I had to get my Jeep from California to Colorado, I Googled & contacted 5 different companies on the internet for timing and estimates. When I reached out to Reindeer, I spoke with a gentleman name Chris who was the most professional and knowledgeable out of all the companies I spoke with. All the companies had very similar timing, but Reindeer was the lease expensive and the main reason I went with Reindeer was absolutely because of Chris and his professionalism he displayed. 3 days later I received my Jeep in Colorado and was more than 100% satisfied. I would highly suggest to go with Reindeer if you're contemplating having your vehicle relocated as it was a very easy and great experience!!

I had a fantastic interaction with Reindeer Auto Relocation. They were able to fit a pick-up into my busy schedule. Every person I interacted with from the initial phone call to the pick-up and drop-off were professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They answered my questions and concerns. I was given consistent updates about the status of the delivery. I highly recommend Reindeer Auto Relocation for anyone transporting a vehicle.

I used Reindeer to relocate my 1965 mustang fastback from Los Angeles to central Oregon via open carrier. Pickup occurred within the pickup window on the specified day with good communication from both the coordinator and driver. The delivery driver communicated with me continually so we could find a time and place that works and it all worked out. While I was worried about open carrier with a classic car it came through great with no marks or issues just a little dusty (not even bug splats). Will most likely use them again if I need open carrier transport. I appreciated the human interactions without people being pushy.

I recently used this relocation company and had a terrible experience. The pick-up process was a nightmare, with constant delays with poor communication. My car sat in Oregon on a lot for 4 days. To make matters worse, my brand new car was damaged with key scratches on driver side and passenger side during the move in the excess of $1500, and the company refused to reimburse me for the repairs, instead the rep Idris Lawal and claims rep Alicia Ingram stated this was normal road debris and also said it was not reported in the adequate time even though I called and arranged to go through their mediocre claim process which I was assured that once I get this back to them it would be processed. I would not recommend their services to anyone. Additionally will NOT be recommending company re relocation packages in the future. Piss poor service.
