My car arrived so dirty it hid all the scratches on it. Their damage policy requires us to get a car wash within 48 hours when we had movers coming the next day which was not feasible. We ended up later finding damage all over the car, as did our friends who used reindeer as well!

Reindeer Logistics made transporting our car simple and stress free. The communication was clear from the start, the pickup and delivery were on time, and our vehicle arrived exactly as expected without any issues. The driver was professional and handled everything with care. We had a great experience and would definitely use Reindeer Logistics again. Highly recommend!

I don't recommend it, as I was completely upset with the move. I shipped my car from Rhode Island to Arizona, charged me $1500, took 10 days to ship my car. Returned my car with damages. Something got hit very badly at the bottom of my car and tear off the bottom shield and pulled out electric wires. Now the electric wires were touching the ground. When i claim the damage they say that, they cannot accept the under body damages, though the pictures clearly shows the damages.

I would give zero stars if I could, and that would be generous given that I am still waiting for my vehicle to be delivered. Multiple days late and multiple promises later we are still waiting to get our vehicle, with no communication from Reindeer. I’m about to submit a police report for a missing car. This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced through multiple relocations. I highly recommend going with ANYONE but this company for auto relocation needs. They are completely incompetent and they don’t seem to care. Bad combo. I rarely post anything, so for me to spend time here means they screwed up, big time in this case. Stay away, horrible company.

Stained my car seats with black oil stains and refused to pay for a detail, after charging me $2000 for moving. Additionally almost left me stranded at my pick-up spot in the middle of nowhere, while taking forever to answer my calls. Avoid at all costs

I recently had a car delivered on an open truck. The service was handled smoothly without any issues. They even noticed that after the long journey, the exterior wasn't perfectly clean, so they sent me a gift card to cover a car wash. This really shows the level of care and attention they put into customer satisfaction. Great job, team.

We recently used Reindeer to transport two cars from AZ to the East Coast through our relocation program, and the whole experience went very smoothly. From the start, Charlize and her team were extremely responsive, clear, and professional. They explained the process in detail, set expectations about pickup/delivery windows, and kept us informed throughout. When I had questions about leaving a car seat installed, they addressed it promptly and provided the necessary info. The pickup was well-coordinated, the driver communicated his ETAs, and delivery actually came sooner than we anticipated. Both vehicles arrived in great shape. Overall, I really appreciate how organized, transparent, and responsive Reindeer was during this move. It made what could have been a stressful part of relocation very easy. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing auto transport services.

Relocated our car from Michigan to Seattle. Pickup: we were little scared with all the reviews saying they usually don't pick up on the same day. So we had multiple calls and after that they picked it up on same day. The guy that came to pick up was very assuring and friendly. Updates in between: we were able to get in touch via email amidst the relocation for exact updates. Delivery: we were informed a day prior on exact delivery time frame..that's usually not flexible at all...so be prepared to set aside that time especially if you're working... delivery was smooth, no damages to vehicle... everything is perfect...will definitely vouch for their quality.

Totaled our vehicle after their driver took it for a joy ride that caused police intervention. They have been lying, delaying and acting negligently ever since to try and lessen the damages in their favor. They’re currently trying to stick us with a bill they caused and previously agreed on paying. After months still no solution, will have to continue to escalate. Review is being left as a warning to anyone considering their services.
