I came in today to get batteries and witnessed employee Kate have a VERY long conversation with an elderly client who was having a lot of trouble using the app. It was so heartwarming to watch her be so patient and kind to this customer. Truly a great employee.
My friend and I went shopping at this Safeway location tonight and paid for our things around 11:00pm tonight and the manager working at this location was really rude to me and my friend we are both disabled we have a difficult time getting around and we parked on the 1st level in this Safeway garage and we asked her please if she would please let us up and she said no use the stairs and we both told her we're disabled and she said that's too bad your gonna have to use the stairs It's pretty bad she was very rude to us with a really horrible attitude and very unprofessional and treating her costumer's very poorly. She a older woman about 69 maybe 70 years old at the most short with short burnett burgady colored hair and she was wearing eye glasses
Nice workers all around, and a clean place. The sodas weren't stocked too well, and the prices are pretty steep even after using the club card !!
Nearly every time I come here, I see 3 or 4 security guards standing around doing nothing while the self check out line (manned by only one or two employees) is long enough to take up a whole aisle. Even though whatever theft the guards are there to "prevent" would likely be prevented by having Real People check you out. Endlessly frustrating
I love this store, and I'm happy to continue shopping here when the crew is more welcoming. never stop being a brat, if thats what you are, but, when you're at work, you need to stand on business. enjoy your level up.
Love their bear claws. They were out of the si gle ones in their baker section but had a box of 4 bear claws for $6. I think that was even the better deal.
If they calmed down on L.P, taking their job way to seriously, then it would be a nice laid back place to shop at. L.P Is just way to intrusive, and profiles like crazy.
Always have a fast decent experience at this Safeway. Left off One Star because they changed the Pot Pie packaging. I use to enjoy the Turkey Pot Pies once in a while for a quick meal, but now they taste Horrible.
This country mouse needed to stop in at a city shop. Oh my goodness. The Pharmacy staff was very friendly, the rest of the staff was very aloof. Ridiculously hard to get in and out because it has safety features for a city location.
Avoid it! Beatrice straight up harasses me when I go in there. Most recently followed me out the door to yell about my ID when I didn’t even purchase alcohol. They also ID’d me when I wasn’t purchasing alcohol because a stranger next to me who I happened to talk to while checking out was buying alcohol. They are actually unfit for customer service. It’s gotten to the point where if I see Beatrice working through the sliding doors, about half the time I just go home and get my groceries some other time. I am not the only person they are harassing. It is honestly the saddest little power trip I’ve ever seen.
