I ordered the grey channel quilt during Black Friday and 3 weeks later on Dec 11 they canceled the order saying they sold out at that price and they refunded me the money but I could buy it now for 10%off full price ??
I never understood how overpriced everything is at this store. A simple lamp that would be $10 somewhere else is like $130 dollars here. I am happy the store doors have been closed so my wife doesn't spend more money here.
I think this a good company but their customer service response times online are really slow. I’d give a 5 star review if they had a way of responding to people faster. It’s not uncommon to wait 3 days for a response
They need to stop taking orders online if they can’t fulfill them as promised and if they can’t respond to customer service inquiries for several days. Please fix your issues or just pause business until you figure it out.
Beware they will sell you items on their website that they do not have. This has happened twice where I buy an item, reach out when it has not shipped and they end up telling me a month and a half later it is sold out.
I purchased my dilapidated 1880’s Victorian in San Francisco in ‘89. Working as a Sales Rep for Hamilton watches, I traveled to Portland regularly, visiting your store soon after it opened & fell in love!
Nothing received after 3 weeks and empty responses from customer services made me finally realize this company now seems more like a scam. Super sad given what they used to be.

Very cool products, outstanding industrial design
Ordered a rug and PAID for it on May 17. Rug has never been delivered. It was supposed to be delivered around June 12th but nothing. Despite efforts to cancel order after 2 1/2 months, I cannot get matter resolved,! They had no trouble taking the money!
