We are still waiting for our order that was in stock and was supposed to be shipped within 3-5 business days. This is delaying our renovation project. Customer service does not provide a phone number, you can only contact by email and they are incredibly slow. Poor customer service experience so far. In addition they overcharged us for shipping, shipping should have been $45 and we were charged $142, we are still waiting for a resolve on this as well.
If you get from them a light fixture with no defects, you will most likely cherish it for the rest of your life. That happened to me several times. If you get a defective light fixture, be ready to go through the nine circles of Dante's inferno before getting to a resolution or even a response. That happened to me as well. I concur with all reviews that mention how bad their customer service is. It is likely the worst I ever experienced and their products are not inexpensive. Considering I’m also a professional in the business, I can only recommend people (and myself) to be prepared for the worst and hope for the best and really evaluate before the purchase if their products are really worth the risk.
Used to be rad. Now even their dinkiest tabletop lamps won’t show up for months after you order them, despite no such warnings during the purchase process. Don’t bother! World Market sells the same thing and you can save yourself 8 weeks.
The products are nice but I don’t plan to shop there again with their shipping and customer services issues. At least West Elm/Pottery Barn/RH will tell you at the time of purchase if your product is on back order and when to expect it. Then you can make an informed decision when you purchase it. It takes days/weeks to get a response by email and no one answers their phone.
Terrible customer service. Only received part of our order. Paid a lot of money for a light fixture and only received the shade! No refund, no replacement, no communication. We had to dispute the charge on our credit card. Cancelled our other order.
Really sorry that I cant give "0" star to this company. Everting is super overpriced plus a horrible customer service. They have absolute no intent to keep the their business repetitive. After one simple lamp return, they cut a ridiculous restocking fee and just issued a store credit. I want my money return, They say NO. Stay the heck away from these guys. I report this to consumer bureau!!!
Ordered a rug and PAID for it on May 17. Rug has never been delivered. It was supposed to be delivered around June 12th but nothing. Despite efforts to cancel order after 2 1/2 months, I cannot get matter resolved,! They had no trouble taking the money!
Great product. Great website. Absolutely abysmal customer service. Buyers beware, you most likely will not be able to get a live person to even work through a simple customer service request. They claim to call back or field issues through email. The lack of customer service engagement would have me consider other decor options as a customer.
Great space and amazing products! Prices are steep and staff isn't too engaged, but you'll always find something you didn't know you couldn't live without.
Their customer service is the WORST I have ever experienced !! I have an issue with a lamp and need to talk to a person or at least get a response through email. It's been over a week and the only email I received is that they are so overwhelmed they will get back to me and not to respond as I will be put down at the bottom of the list. The products are pricey with ZERO concern about the customers!!!!!
