This place is absolutely great! I have been going to this starbucks for like 5 years before work in the morning. and everytime I pull up here in the drive thu they know my whole order and what I'm getting. Everyone there is sooooo friendly. They are my friends, every single one of them! they are so great!!!! Oh and how they write a lil sweet something every morning on my cup. Makes my WHOLE DAYYY!!! I highly recommend this starbucks!! ☺️
Everything is fine with service and drink quality. Y’all just need to start double cupping your hot drinks. A single cup is just too flimsy and the lid detaches easily when picking the cup up making the contents spill all over.
Service is excellent and surprisingly fast; even for the morning rush. Make sure you ask for Ashley as your Barista. He makes the best drinks so fast she should get a ticket for speed.
Ive never felt so compelled to leave a review until today. I came in during the free holiday cup time this morning already expecting chaos… It was actually pretty chill just one person ahead of me in line. Once i ordered the guy was super responsive and nice to me he didn’t rush me or anything. While i was waiting for my drinks the barista doing my drinks asked if i wanted whipped cream since my drinks were nondairy which was super nice of him to ask first. He conversed with me and everything was so great quick and easy. I am very pleased with this location! 💜
Serviceable Starbucks. Kind of cookie cutter stuff. Nothing special. Staff was quick and moved on. Restroom could be cleaner, but all fine. Location is outside the mall so that helps with not having to go into the mall for coffee fix.
This location is really a hit or miss, I usually have to order extra pumps of syrup here because it seems like they aren’t making the drinks with full pumps so I have to compensate by paying more lol.. and sometimes I add things to my drink and they will just leave it out. Unfortunate because some of the people that work there seem nice. Food is fine, can’t go wrong with prepackaged food.
Drive-through location. The coffee (we've got large Americano) was gorgeous. I kind of annoyed by tipping suggestions, since this is not a restaurant, but that is topic for another discussion.
Oh gosh, I would be SO lost without THIS Starbucks location in particular !! I cannot count the number of times, where I desperately needed caffeine, and they are somehow ALWAYS there when I need them. I have ordered some complicated drinks, bc I don’t care for cold- foam, etc., and they ALWAYS accommodate! They adjust whatever drink I order, and tweak it to MY taste, and they do this so quickly!! Shout out to HAZEL and WEST! I know I’ll get a wonderful drink every time I go to this location. I like my coffee sweet, but I always add extra shots of Blonde Espresso, and they make it taste wonderfully EVERY TIME, no matter what I order. I was absolutely lost while they remodeled last year. No location I’ve visited comes close to this location. The entire staff remembers me, and that I like sweet coffee, and they always get it right—Plus they have that awesome nugget ice! I LOVE this Starbucks! Everyone treats me so well, I leave with fuel for the morning, and a smile on my face. The Staff there are so friendly, you can't help but leave feeling “perked up”, and ready to face the morning, it feels like I’m visiting friends! I can’t say it enough, they’re the BEST, and I’m so glad I live close by!
Horrible customer service, the ice coffee doesn’t have coffee at all, is like milk with sugar. It’s look like they don’t know how prepare the coffee. Then the lady with blue hair with attitude, very rude (that happens on December 26, 2025 at 10 am). I visiting Starbucks almost everyday for 26 years and I never have a drink that bad neither that kind of horrible service.
Believe it or not , I am not a coffee drinker , but I absolutely love Starbucks! The staff are always really, really pleasant.And there are several non coffee drinks that I really enjoy there. The vanilla bean cream frappuccino is delicious and I love their chai and macha drinks. They also have a honey citrus, green tree, hot tea that is absolutely delicious and especially if you're having any kind of cold or sore throat.
