Ordered a hot beverage for delivery through Uber eats, I received and Iced beverage. Called to have it corrected and I was told to communicate through Uber to receive a refund. Order is not eligible for refund. Paid $12. Use another location.
Biggest pet-peeve is when you say “Thank you” and they answer “of course”. When was that ever ok? Thank you is answered with You’re welcome, with pleasure, my pleasure, glad to help, don’t mention it. 🤌
Was served by Sav today and she was the coolest. All the staff at this location actually are awesome now that I think about it. Appreciative of this crew! Thank you again ❤️

Sarah and Brittany were amazing i came in because a nearby store didn't make my girlfriend's salted caramel coldbrew well and after they remade it my girlfriend tried it and was so happy with how good it was, thank you two so much for being so friendly and helpful.
Brett is amazing! He made my drinks, and was also running the window on this busy New Year’s Day. He made my drinks perfectly, as I have had them made wrong before at this location (they always corrected my drinks no issue). Even though he was busy, he didn’t hesitate to ask questions on how I would like my drinks made, just to make sure. He needs to be promoted, he was amazing, kind and great at his job! I’ve never had such great customer service. Thanks Brett!
Unfortunately, my usual Starbucks is closed and I’ve been having to come to this one. The first time I came, I was with a friend and we had two separate orders and transactions. Our drinks were correct and the staff was nice, however, the manager who was outside directing traffic screamed at us stating “Why are you holding up my drive thru”. Mind you, this was before we even received our second order. The next time I went I ordered an iced peach green tea lemonade, something that I saw on the menu and wanted to try. We get to the window and I notice my order total was less than the price of the drink and I explained to them that I think they rang me in wrong and repeated my order. The girl at the register was confused about what I was ordering and the girl that was making my drink got frustrated because she made a drink I did not order. She came to the window and asked what I wanted with a terrible attitude and went and made my drink but she came back to tell me that they didn’t have peach green tea so I had to order something else , after they already charged me for the original drink. This will be the last time I go to this Starbucks, I hope everyone else’s experience is better though.
This is a DRIVE-THRU ONLY location. What a horrible business decision. One of the things people enjoy the most about Starbucks is the atmosphere…so to take that away permanently is ridiculous. To top it off, the staff are rude and get drinks wrong consistently.
I love Starbucks. This store location a week ago had earlier morning hours. Today I have found out they are open from 1030am to 630pm. My question is why be open if your not going to be opened for the earlier morning like 8am for coffee. This makes absolutely no sense for the choice of hours. Super upset about this choice the store has made. How did you think that was a good idea? Now I am cranky because I couldn't have my Starbucks coffee.
I visit this location every morning before work and it’s always a pleasant experience.
