I always go through the drive-thru at Starbucks, and Gerald consistently makes the experience stand out. He’s always friendly, upbeat, and genuinely kind, it’s clear he cares about every interaction. Even on the busiest days, he keeps a positive attitude that truly makes a difference. The whole team is great, but Gerald brings something extra that keeps us coming back. Definitely deserving of recognition, he’s amazing at what he does!
I’m really disappointed with my experience today. There were about 10 employees working, yet I still waited over 10 minutes in-store for an online order that had already been placed 10 minutes prior. I understand busy times happen, but with that many staff on shift, the wait time shouldn’t be this long—especially for a mobile order that’s supposed to be ready on arrival. This kind of delay defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Definitely needs better organization and efficiency.
I am only making a review because I go here every other day literally since I moved to this side of town. I’ve been ordering the same drink and it’s been perfect to me but today not only did I get charged twice which I hope I get one of my charges back, I get my drink and it barely has lavender foam in it. The reason I get this matcha lavender drink is for the lavender taste so it’s very confusing on why someone cannot make my drink correctly when I’m paying for it and also like I stated I got charged twice. I’m just making this review because I believe that if you’re paying for something your items should come out the way that you want.
Slowest Starbucks ever. Do not recommend!!! They can’t get their orders correct and make ppl wait forever. You have to check on the status of your drink. Do not go here.
You really NEED to start securing your coffee cups Lids when they are for delivery, Because by the time the delivery driver gets to the person, the coffee is spilled because the lid wasn’t on there properly or the lid doesn’t fit properly. You need to secure it put tape on it. I don’t care what you do. I made two orders back to back and both orders were spilled because the lid was not properly put on the cup.! They need to be secured not just put on there cause as soon as you pick it up it comes off even if you’re in the store handling it!! Do better your costing people money it’s a simple as putting a piece of tape on the lid and securing it to the cup or just make a lid that stays on the cup!!!!
Great experience at this Starbucks! The staff is always friendly, fast, and welcoming. My order was made perfectly, and the store was clean and well organized. It’s a great spot to grab coffee and start the day. Definitely one of my favorite local locations!
I just had to take a moment to recognize Gerald at Starbucks because his customer service is truly something special. I always go through the drive-thru, and without fail, Gerald makes every single visit better. From the moment he greets you over the speaker to when you pull up to the window, his energy is genuine, positive, and uplifting. You can hear the smile in his voice, and it carries through the entire interaction. No matter how busy things get, he never makes you feel rushed. It’s more than just taking an order, it’s the care, kindness, and attention he puts into every customer. In the middle of the everyday chaos we all deal with, he has a way of making your morning start off right with something as simple as a warm “hello,” but with so much heart behind it. The entire staff does a great job, but Gerald truly stands out. He consistently goes above and beyond, and it does not go unnoticed. He is a huge asset to this location and absolutely deserves recognition, and honestly, a raise! Thank you, Gerald, for the impact you make every single day. You’re appreciated more than you probably realize, keep showing up as yourself and turning ordinary moments into something special.

I just had the most wonderful experience this morning at this location. I came during the morning busy time and I really wanted to try something new but wasn’t sure what I wanted. Violeta was so patient and kind, answering all of my questions and providing recommendations to fit what I was looking for. This drink is SO GOOD and it looks super pretty! At the window, I spoke with River who was also incredibly helpful and kind. I am so happy I decided to try something new; but the professionalism and kindness from your employees is why I will only be coming to this location from now on. Thank you Violeta and River for turning my rough morning into a great day!
