Went to Starbucks for my bogo had a caramel apple spice frappe & a hot pumpkin spice latte. And for dessert pumpkin spice creme filled muffin, ummmmmm soooooo goooood....Both drinks prepared awesomely. Team members were on point. Busy afternoon. Team members kept up with the orders. The wait was not long at all. Considering. Store was spotless. Team members were friendly, courteous & quite happy. Only thing wrong. Men's restroom was well sanitized & incredibly clean. Restroom floors were spotless. Team members must wash your hands sign was up. Plenty of soap & bathroom tissue. Keep up the good work, Team starbucks!! Thanks for keeping it clean & comfortable.
Top shelf customer service with the most inviting and personal interaction I've gotten lately in public. Not just one, but multiple employees spoke and treated me as if they were glad I was visiting and happy they were able to assist me and it makes all the difference in choosing a business to visit for me. I will be back the next time I am traveling through this area!

Gerald at Starbucks is hands down one of the best people to interact with in the drive-thru. He’s always polite, upbeat, and makes you feel like more than just another order. It’s rare to come across someone who consistently brings that level of positivity, no matter how busy things are. He truly makes a quick coffee run feel like a great start to the day. Starbucks is lucky to have him!
I'll never stop to this location again, if I can help it. I placed an online order & still had to wait. When I got to the window, it still wasn't ready, the cashier was "upset" I didn't check in at the order screen, then my mocha Cookie crumble tasted like pure water! Apparently, they don't check mobile orders as they should. It was horrible!
My son wanted a blueberry muffin. A very nice, nice person at the drive-thru window today. Too bad I didn't catch their name.
Went through drive through on 4-8 at 11:30am. Guy working the drive through was a rock star...fast, friendly, sincere and just overall a nice person to interact with. Keep this guy happy and paid well.
They lock the front door and make you wait in the drive thru for 15 minutes even though your mobile order was ready when you got there. So the entire order of $35 for 5 drinks was all halfway melted and watered down by the time we were able to get it. I suggested they turn off the mobile ordering for in store pick up if that was not going to be an option.
The place could use some housekeeping. Went inside and waited at the counter for about 5 mins. 3x I was told someone will be right with you and then I was ignored again. Coffee and food was good.
