I tried the new Uba coconut macchiato. My drink didn't even look like pic. It was not good. I had to wait for barista to remake drink because they added coconut flakes that I didn't want. Prices are fair.
100000% the slowest starbucks I've ever been to. Even if you make a mobile order and drive 10 mins to the store, you will still have to wait on your order. What is going on!?
I ordered a cold cream brew with a pump of liquid sugar and a breakfast sandwich, no egg. What I got was a sweet cream cold brew with a pump of liquid sugar, no cream. Then a few minutes later my sandwich came straight in the bag with no wrapper. I guess that was the result of my order not being keyed in correctly at the register. Here's my correct order of my sweet cream cold brew.
Was a pleasure to wait on my delicious drink thanks to Cam at the drive thru window. We had a pleasant conversation about our days making the wait fly by.
I’m honestly upset with this Starbucks location. I came in to do some work. I typically come in and get a chai tea latte with coconut milk or almond milk and I work on my book edits or I do work. However, today I came in and just got a requested for an ice Venti water and the representative said I had to get. I had to buy something to get water and they change the policy. This was shocking to me. I have to buy something to get water at Starbucks? As a level six Google reviewer, and someone who consistently comes in this location, I was highly disappointed in this new policy. If this is the policy, I highly recommend changing it horrible experience, not able to get water as I had a stomach ache.
This Starbucks is always so slow! Every time I go here it's at least a 15 min wait there can be no one in lane and it still take 10 mins. Today with 3 cars in front of me it took 17 mins to get a drink. The 2 cars behind me pulled off. They truly just have never moved quickly I keep trying to be nice and give them a chance every few months but it never changes! How does it take 15 mins to make an order! I get faster service at chick Fil A with it wrapped around the parking lot. Come on now if it's a large order make them pull up to a parking spot. Do like every other restaurant and ask them to move. No reason to make everyone else wait on one drink each! And it's always a long wait and it's never wrapped around the building it's 2 maybe 3 cars and takes way to long. For the price ppl are paying you need quicker service.
I mobile-order from this Starbucks every morning, so my drink is usually ready by the time I arrive. Today, I waited 15 minutes after I got there with no update, only to find out after asking that the cold brew machine was broken and my drink was never going to come up. No one said anything, no sign was posted, and there was no communication until I approached the barista myself. When I asked how long it would take or whether there was an alternative option, I was told they “couldn’t tell me” and that I could just keep waiting if I wanted to. It’s incredibly frustrating to sit around for 15 minutes for something the store already knew they couldn’t make — especially as someone who stops here every morning and is a regular. I expect better communication and basic courtesy, especially when equipment is down and mobile orders can’t be fulfilled. I don't have time to sit in the store in the mornings.
Lots of proactive activity at this location. Great service for starters the physical location is also kept very neat. No long lines. There is a significant amount of quality, thoughtful and intellectual based conversation amongst in what is a clearly well run coffee place. App is functional gets it done. ☕🍶
I ordered in the app a Venti Mango Dragonfruit w/o ice. I went to the drive thru to pick my order, and the lady handled me a 1/2 drink cup; strange. I asked her I paid for a Venti way is a 1/2 way. She said probably because you ask for no ice, then she asked her team members who made the drink and I heard someone asking; did she want more? “I do not want more, I wanted what I paid for. The lady ( I should get her name) went to fixed. When she came back with my drink, i asked her again, because I would like to be confident the next time I order. So every time I order without ice it will be a 1/2 cup? She laughed and said; I don’t know I never do that. I should’ve take a picture when she try to handled the cup, smh.
I understand drive thru is priority but this is not reason I should have to wait this long for a simple coffee by the the time I got my coffee my food was cold
