Mandy is good worker last week on Saturday I order she was nice
Repeated bad experiences with those location. Today was the last straw. I ordered a sandwich on the mobile app. The sandwich was made wrong so I requested they remake it. After waiting several minutes I was told they no longer had any more of those sandwiches and I had to choose something else. Due to food allergies, there's limited items I can choose from. I opted for another menu item thar was cheaper than the sandwich originally ordered. They did not offer to refund the difference in price. After waiting another 10-15 minutes, I was told they made another error and gave my food to someone in the drive thru. I told them I needed to get to work and just wanted a refund. The girls ignored me and walked away to make someone else's food. I left and called to get ahold of someone who could issue a refund. I wad told I would have to come back in the store for it. I was told they were ' inbetween' store managers right now and would not give me any information to contact anyone in management. Incompetence at its finest... I'm done with this location for good. I left with no food and lost money due to theirIncompetence. .
Nate in the drive-thru is not a “people person” and shouldn’t be engaging with the public for a job. Retrain him & provide direct, consistent support on his shift. Otherwise, his attitude will drive away other customers.

This place is not as I thought it was when they were at the old location. Most employees are rude and can’t take orders right 🤦🏻♀️they charge me more than I have 3 days in a row very dissatisfied n disappointed ☹️
This has to be the slowest Starbucks ever!! It’s always a 15 min wait and up. I go to another one line wrapped the corner wait is under 5 minutes. Next time I’m in this area I’ll go to Dunkin
Today, Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 6:53 am, I stopped by my regular Starbucks drive-thru to pick up my usual coffee. I always order a grande latte with oat milk, extra hot, but during pumpkin spice season, I confidently switch to a grande pumpkin spice latte, extra hot, with oat milk and no whipped cream. As I drove off toward work and sipped my coffee, I immediately recognized that it was made with regular milk instead of oat milk. I couldn't drink the coffee and couldn't return to my usual Starbucks immediately. I've been a loyal customer, shopping at this Starbucks since we were at the previous location, and I've frequented this one for years. Once I realized my coffee was made with regular milk, I knew I couldn't drink it because I'm lactose intolerant, and consuming it would have made me sick for days. I planned to return to Starbucks during my break around 11:20 to have it remade. I was confident they would make it right and take care of me as a customer. When I arrived at the counter and explained the situation, the cashier promptly informed me she needed to call a manager. I agreed. The manager quickly approached, asked for my receipt, and I explained I never received one since I paid with Apple Pay at the drive-thru. She then inquired about the sticker on the coffee. I informed her that no sticker was placed on the coffee. I took the coffee back, noting that they did not put the usual white sticker. She then said, "If there’s no sticker and you have nothing to prove you purchased here, how do I know you bought it at this location?" I quickly retrieved my transactions on my phone and showed her, but she dismissively said that didn't prove anything. I then suggested she ask the young man who handed me my coffee at the drive-thru. I pointed to him and said, "Ask him." I then confidently told her, "Just charge me for another coffee." She responded that they would handle it. I was quite disappointed with the experience I had at my local Starbucks, especially regarding the interaction with a manager. It was upsetting and unexpectedly disappointing, leading me to decide not to return to this location. I hope Starbucks will consider additional training and coaching for staff to ensure a more positive experience for all customers in the future. Came in with my backpack ready to do some work. Spent way too long trying to get wifi to work. Asked an employee and it's apparently been down for a year. I just wish someone would've told me before I bought a coffee and wasted my time. I'm obviously here to try and get some work done
This was likely the worst starbucks I've ever been to. They served me old coffee with spoiled milk. Oatmilk should never have foul odor, white specks, and separation under ice. I didn't realize it until I was halfway up the interstate and no time to go back. I'm glad I didn't drink it because I'd be sick. No consideration for food allergies. I should've read the reviews before ordering but needed to hit the road and it was the closest location. All around awful.
