Joshua Tsau MD was super negligent during the time of my stay, he verbally told me my reason for coming into the ER wasnt good enough. he laughed when i said i was scared for my physical safety because i was having trouble walking. he ended up apologizing to me before i left, which is good, but it really sucks to have to advocate for yourself to medical professionals that don’t think you’re “sick enough”. everyone else was super kind and sweet, but it just felt like Mr Tsau was super dismissive and really downplayed the severity of my symptoms
I absolutely love this hospital. Their nurses and their doctors are amazing, friendly, and very well educated. I had a nurse named Tiffany v. That went out of her way to make me feel comfortable in my stay at the hospital. Both nurses and doctor was great service. They had me in and out within 2 hours. Not only that I had a problem with the prescription at the pharmacy she went out of her way to call the pharmacy after I left to make sure my prescription was there. I would definitely recommend this hospital.
Dr.White Rey was so unprofessional came got me from the Emergency room lobby ask me my daughter you'll here for a car accident that's not a emergency That was very rude when we got hit by a Gooseneck trailer he need to learn how to talk to people my back shoulder and neck was hurting and my 2 yr old grandbaby was in the vehicle as well.never will i come back to this hospital
The vent is dirty. This is the second room they had to put my grandma in. She called for nurses to help her but they were busy talking, so my dad had to physically go to them. I highly don't recommend this place but it's your choice.

Excellent service from the initial consultation, Dr. Jayne Christopher inspired confidence with his expertise and clear communication. He took his time to explained the procedure in detail and answered all questions patiently, creating a sense of ease throughout the entire process. The surgical skill is evident in the successful recovery. Regarding the hospital staff: The entire hospital staf at HCA Medical Center from the receptionists to the nurses and anesthesiologists—provided unparalleled compassionate and professional care. The post-operative nurses were attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure comfort during recovery. Their compassionate and pleasant demeanor significantly eased my pain and anxiety. The facility was modern, clean, and contributed to a positive atmosphere. Overall, the positive experience made a potentially stressful time bearable due to the team's kindness and attentiveness. I felt respected, cared for, and treated as an individual.
My surgery went well, I just had a lot of problems with nausea and vomiting & bladder spasms. I don’t like being a trouble patient but I just could not avoid it. The whole nursing staff was wonderful, no matter how many times I had to call for help to bathroom. Thank you also to Dr.Weiner and the doctors working with him, they were so pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hospital & staff to family and friends.

I was expecting a microscopic procedure. I received a procedure that seems to be old school and no one told me about the need to abandon the expected process for a more invasive procedure. I will say I the bedside manner of the support staff was comforting. My surgeon's bedside manner was insensitive and I took on a belief that I was just a number not a human. I hope that surgeon's sensitivity trainings become a priority of HCA.
Every one of the staff who took care of me was outstanding - from the woman walking around the lobby making sure we were registered, to the man behind the desk at radiology to the nurses and techs doing my stress test & calcium score. Was really grateful for the kind and cheerful manner of each person.
